We had a great time in flagstaff. The house was awesome, all the kids enjoyed the amenities while the adults enjoyed spending as much time as possible on the incredible deck. We had an issue with the hot water going out, but the owner was very responsive and sent someone out to fix it the same day. We hope to go back soon!

Making Memories We were all very impressed by the rooms, accomodations, and ease of the check in/out process. My whole family made memories that will last a lifetime. The rec room and the landscape were the selling point for us. We spent countless hours enjoying games and the outdoors.

Visit for NAU graduation We rented the house for family to all stay together for graduation from NAU! The house is amazing, on the quieter side of town and the back porch was our favorite spot! It had so much comfortable furniture, with an amazing view. We all enjoyed our stay!

Sunset Ranch We chose this location because it looked like it could accomodate our large family of 18, which it did with no problem. Spent the 1st day taking advantage of the amenities on the property. Pickleball was a big hit as well as the pool and ping pong tables. Nice drives to Sedona and Grand Canyon from here. John was very accomodating to any questions.
