The worst place bugs and stans are everywhere the smell is the worst it smells like dead animals I do not recommend

Service poor behind the bar and a bit slow at times Over priced considering no table service for drinks or cocktails as had to wait at bar for drinks Staff seemed a little over whelmed and stressed by the amount of people Food in restaurant was average and a bit overpriced. Breakfast was delicious and had a great range on offer ,staff were pleasant and helpful . Reception staff were exceptional on the Saturday and Sunday checking out. A very nice resort but the standard has gone down since last being there almost 12 months ago .

Not too happy with TV channels available but otherwise no complaints. We had issues with our heating which staff were very quick to try to rectify. We will definitely return again!

Annuka is great! This stay was a returrn trip where we had our honeymoon back in 1988. It is as beautiful now as it was then.

Our stay was perfect for a family trip. Beautiful grounds for walking and enjoying the beach. Buffet breakfast was very good and dinner at Casey’s excellent.

Very helpful staff. Contacted us en route to see what time we would arrive. Very courteous at check in. Had some of local wildlife around the cabin at night and early morning. Otherwise very quiet. Very comfortable bed. Second time there and will be booking again in the future.

Beautiful place. Service by everyone at the resort and our accommodation was wonderful. Highly recommend. If you can, stay a couple of nights to enjoy the facilities. Only thing probably let it down a bit was the breakfast. The hot food wasnt warm enough which spoilt the taste

Maybe just an unlucky bad experience. Paid way over the odds for the room. Almost triple the normal motel rate in Coffs. It was a Mother's Day special event. The advertised room service is not a thing, but was the main reason for the booking. So we need to go grab food, no problem. The restaurant menu is super limited and really expensive. So we order out. Then breakfast is a big ask for 4 people but ok let's book that, given it is Mother's day. Limp or dry food you would send back and a broken coffee machine. No problems you can get a coffee but you need to pay Bondi Beach prices for an espresso in Coffs in the resort. It wasn't all negative. The rooms are great and I am sure we may have been victims of circumstance in some ways. But there is no room service, breakfast might not be what you expect and there is a lack of waterproof areas around the pools or activity areas.

Great location for a relaxing break. The breakfast was great although one morning they seemed short staffed so tables were not cleaned promptly. This was rectified on other mornings.
