The small room, the smell of dampness and mold, and the terrible mattress made my back hurt when I woke up. Not worth the price

Great Motel we had the family room with the 4 beds
Good location with a easy drive to the Jetty and Woolworths.
Clean - friendly check in - easy access for parking and onto the highway.
A few gardens with the nice flowering plants and outdoor seating area. Pool looked clean also.

Good place for an overnight stop. The traffic noise was minimalat night and the parking spaces are in front of the rooms for extra security. The staff was nice and helpful.

Found our room to be very clean. The beds were comfortable. Close to the Pacific Highway but without the noise. The big screen tv was wall mounted and worked very well. The shower hot water was instant, great in winter, and the water pressure was excellent. I would stay here again.

Driving down from Queensland to Sydney and stayed here overnight. The after hours check in was as mentioned in the text messages and without issues. We opened the door and switched on the lights and saw 4 cockroaches scatter from the centee of the room underneath the bed. My wife and kids couldn't sleep and as a result neither could I. Very restless night and drive back to Sydney the next morning. Nobody was in reception at 8:30am for me to show photos or report the issue to. We couldn't wait to leave to be honest.

For a motor side inn, this was very good. Although close to the Pacific Highway, once we were inside our room, we could hear very little road noise. Our room was tidy, dark, had a comfortable bed and was well equipped (including a microwave). The shower was hot and powerful. Vanessa, on reception, was very helpful (with places to see, eat, etc).

Very comfortable, clean with great customer service. i often stay at Best Western Parkside as the location is also close to a hotel for dinner. Vanessa and David are great hosts. Its without hesitation that i leave this review..
