Absolutely loved our stay here, not sure why anyone has negative reviews! The room was clean and tidy! And size was great for what we paid! The fresh herb garden for guests is a great idea! Laundry facilities were great! We arrived late and staff were so accomodating for us. The rabbits around the park made my son very happy! All in all if we come back to Coffs this is where we will stay

There seem to be two areas here. One has a new bathroom facility, and the other has an extremely poor and outdated facility. It doesn’t have easy access to enter the caravan park, you have to contend with a lot of traffic, and the roads inside are not maintained. There isn’t a lot of activity to do for kids or adults.

In a very convenient location, reasonably priced with overall facilities found to be great.
Just a short stay this time around, but as a family, we enjoyed our stay and found this to be a great place to stay.

Great caravan park and location. Staff amazing and very accommodating. Facilities good. Close to attractions, beach, lovely walks and restaurants. Staff recommendations spot on. We would totally recommend staying here.

Beautiful park, friendly helpful staff , nice clean cabin , convenient, will return . Close to the shops .cute bunny rabbits hopping around , handy camp kitchen and communal fire place . Dog friendly park , will return!!

We needed a 2 day stop over for us & our 2 jack russells on our big road trip - this place is perfect for outstanding value, being super clean & comfy. Owners are lovely, even the cheapest, oldest pet-friendly unit shows great attention to detail. Traffic noise is constant, but unit a/c helps. Amazing natural surroundings, happy rabbits, beautiful creek, parks, easy walk to town, beach, everything we needed. Owners put on a free bbq, & awesome! 😀🐾🚗

I can't really complain about the noise as it is right next to the highway, The place was a bit of a dive, the cabin was a bit tired and old. There are better places to stay in Coffs for the same money.

We stayed one night at this caravan park and all I can say is the cabin was very average for the price. On checking in I was given the key to cabin 8. We settled in and unpacked out gear. The cabin very basic. We wanted to go out for dinner but unfortunately couldn't as the key given to me for cabin 8 did not lock the door so we decided to stay. I tried to get in contact with the receptionist to no avail as the door was locked to the office and calls to the number provided were unanswered. The Caravan park is on a main highway and the semi trailers very noisy all night. I have attached a photo of one of the cupboard doors in the kitchen area that was in very poor maintenance. I hope these small improvements to the cabin could be rectified as the caravan parking area at this park looks really good.
