Somewhat disappointing with the quality of the rooms. There was no bay view from the bay view room.

A bit outdated, a bit of mould in the bathroom

Rooms were smelling as if it’s closed from ages, cockroaches in bathrooms and living room, we booked 3 bed villa and kids room had no AC but fan which was not working well. Would not recommend for the price it’s selling. It’s not at all luxury stay. Staff is good and gentle. But room stay and quality very poor. We wasted our money booking this.

It is more like a chalet instead of a resort room. The room was very run down but at least the bed was clean and comfortable. It does not have a reception setup because Charlesworth is just an sublease operator of a big resort with some rooms. And, the check in after 8pm was a problem. At the end, I had to spend a lot of overseas phone calls and messages to settle the check in.

Booked spa rooms but early morning after half of spa pool hot water stopped and I need to took cold water showers and for babies no shower .. exact this others fine

We came here on our honeymoon road trip. Coffs Harbour was originally just a stop along the way, but the experience at our accommodation left a deep impression on us. The hotel itself is somewhat dated in terms of facilities, but it’s very clean and beautiful. Its location is excellent, just a 3-4 minute walk to the public beach. The staff are incredibly lovely and friendly, and they even gave us a small welcome gift. The only thing to note is that the reception is a bit tricky to find, and the signage is quite small. It’s best to call the hotel in advance to confirm its location.

The hotel is quite bad. The underground garage is very small and you have to park on the slope at the back. The room is very shabby and not worth the price. The air conditioner stinks. There are big lizards everywhere on the outside of the first floor. In short, it is very bad. Listen to my advice and don't stay!
