Room was not clean as well wash room was filled with bad odour service was not up to the mark extra bed was provided very late with out clean bed sheet

I had taken non ac, at hectic day, but i loved the service though they respected everyone, and directed for all the issues kindly. I am liking the service and place located there. Which is customer friendly.

The room was not neat, the bedsheet was dirty and stained. One towel provided was unwashed and had clearly been used by multiple people. They didn't even change it after informing the reception. No toiletries were provided, and the staff were not customer friendly. if you arrive late, there is no lighting on the street where the hotel is located.

Facilities are not as expected, bath towels were not available in the bathroom. The hotel receptionist is just ok.

Tricolour PPH stay was really poor, disappointed with their service, room alloted floor and room amnesties.

Its a horrible hotel please do not choose to stay here. For the price that you pay its pathetic the bedsheet pillow cover are stained and dirty and towels are used and dirty there are cockroaches all over the room. There were cockroaches roaming on my bed and floor. Please do not waste your money here in this hotel. One of the worst stay for the price its not even worth 1000rs its that bad. I bet no one would opt or stay in this hotel so poorly maintained and the rooms are nothing like showed in the pictures. The only plus about this hotel is location and nothing except that. should stop advertising such hotels and cheat people with the price and pictures. Worst experience

The room was not like the picture provided and the floor was not sweeped. The bedsheets and pillows seemed like they were not changed or washed. It was dirty. The bathroom was also smelly. They didn't provide bedsheet and when asked also very poor one was provided.

An okay okay room, basic facilities there but no drinking water was provided. Privacy is there for sure.

Stay was good and friendly service and nearly available shop and hotel all good. Clean and healthy environment
