Please don't book any rooms from this Hotel. Rooms are not like how it is shown in Oyo or there website. It is totally different. Zero maintenance. They just want money but don't invest on room or building maintenance. I booked for New year with my friends during Coimbatore visit by seeing Pics in Oyo I thought it is very nice and clean. But it is really disgusting rooms. It is worst than local Lodges near bus stand. Receptionist won't give you rooms if you had booked rooms for lesser price through OYO or any other App. They demand more during Check in. That Receptionist is very worst, he shows his attitude and we go and complain anything he just tells go and complaint to anyone I don't care. Below mentioned which we faced during our stay. Either Hotel management or OYO no one will solve these things. It's really waste of money. Better select any Lodge than booking this room. 1. No hot water, 2.TV not working, 3.Shower fully rusted not working, 4. Main door lock problem, unable to lock everytime we need to call receptionists to lock our door. 5. Mirror in bathroom fully rusted unable to see anything through it. 6. Bucket and mug full dirty and sticky. 7. Ac water will be leaking day and night in bathroom. 8. Bed is very dirty, not cleaned blankets and pillows. You can see full blood marks and other dirty marks everywhere on the bed which they won't wash everytime after room vacant. 9. They won't provide Shampoo, soap, drinking water 10. No remote control for AC. 11. Cockroach, bed bugs everywhere. And list goes on, I just added main things. U can experience more once u are in room.
