Worst experience ever i’ll pay 4k but ac not working tv & telephone also not working even room also not cleaning properly

Room was below average. Room key hole was broken and had a big hole. So called wooden floor was broken. Tv didn’t work, airconditioner was making only notice but no cool air

Food, comfort was average. Bathroom was just below average, the sink wasnt working right. Bathroom drains werent working, it looked like it was clogged. I must highlight that the room service/staff were polite and courteous, very accommodating too.

1. Front desk staffs are untrained, unprofessional and just there to hand over keys like a third grade lodge. 2. Corridors on the floor are not lit up properly to hide the dirtiness and gives a very sick feeling. If you are with your family then will regret the decision. 3. Once inside the room you will realise that the room is still dirty from last use and linens are not changed. Will be changed only after you call and shout on them. 4. No maintenance in the room and looks like a cheap motel room. Though i saw similar review i wasn't expecting the hotel to be this bad considering a chain hotel but i was wrong and regretted my decision moment after i landed there

The stay was quite nice and the room was neat and clean than we expected. The washrooms are completely sanitized. Overall, the hotel is really good and happy to stay anytime we check in.

Location was very convenient. Easy access to airport, bus stand, food was really nice. Prices was bit high. Over all nice and pleasant stay. Cost of stay is quite costly
