I write this as honestly as I can. The hotel itself it’s good. The pool kids pool and kids club isn’t too bad either. Drinks are good both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Room was ok the initial room we were offered was horrendous for a family of 4 I will attach a picture I had to pay to upgrade which was a nightmare and cost me even more money but it had to happen. The room that we were upgraded to was nice but again more money. The check in service is very strange a big demand for the hotel voucher which I have never seen since the 00’s. I had no WiFi and it was all a bit of a hassle at 3am when they could just look On their system?. The food —- breakfast very average but you can must a small Meal, lunch is the best it has kebabs etc which they should offer throughout the day. DINNER —— it’s the worst I genuinely couldn’t eat much and I can honestly eat anything back home. When the chicken is finished they do not replenish despite asking which leaves everyone just wondering around picking up half cooked chips. Pool loses sun easily aswell. Overall it’s ok if you get it cheap enough but for dinner you would have to eat out most nights

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The rooms are so clean and the facilities are amazing. The food is so fresh and changed everyday. What makes this hotel so great is the staff though, every member of staff is so friendly and helpful. They have a customer relations manager called Husyin who is always on hand to help you with anything. He will make sure you have zero problems with anything inside or outside hotel. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough

Great hotel with amazing amenities, would highly recommend! The staff are so friendly, rooms are clean and the food is beautiful! The kids loved the splash pool and the added bonus of the shuttle to the beach with all inclusive bar there too was really special!

I would give this hotel 4 stars. The rooms are really nice. The family rooms all face the other hotel and trash, and it’s really noisy with the balcony door open. While all single rooms have a pool view which sucks because we had an unpleasant view from our family room. We went in October, so the sun sets around 6pm. The hotel is built incorrectly which blocks the sun from the pool at 3pm. It gets cold after that time. The biggest downside was the food. It was the same thing every day. Something about the food in general made me not want to eat it. Other people felt the same way. I ended up getting McDonald’s 3 times during my 7 day stay. There is a good steakhouse 10 minutes away by foot. The staff are friendly though. Overall, the hotel is clean and looked after, and I enjoyed my stay. Would I come back here? Probably not.

Unfortunately here at moment positives are pool area and bar area nice rooms ok apart from no iron and also English tv Chanel’s in Russian , reception staff very rude we wasted first day moving room due to noise. Food is very poor at night and unfortunately labelling in restaurant is poor which could be a problem with allergies i was assured a lamb dish was beef 🙈. This hotel Certainly isn’t 4 star plus - 3 star at very best

Very clean and tidy hotel, staff couldn’t do enough for you. A la cart restaurants were amazing, great location with dolmus(bus) stop outside of hotel. Buffet food could do with more of a variety and not the same everyday. But overall would recommend.

Staff very attentive, clean & tidy hotel with comfortable beds. Shades early round the pool which is a shame. However, the beach gets the sun all day, the beach bar food and drinks are lovely, there is a shuttle bus down to the beach everyday which is great. The al a Cart restaurants are delicious particularly the Turkish and Italian. The hotel has entertainment all day which is great however the adult entertainment is only 45 minutes every evening which doesn’t seem long enough. Would recommend, good value for money.

Wonderful food. Friendly staff. Lovely pool. Fab waterpark for my little boy. Beds a little hard, but made the mistake of not asking for a mattress topper (which I was told was an option the day before we left!) Beach was fabulous. Fully kitted out bar at the beach for drinks. Would definitely return.

Just came back from 2 weeks family holiday had a great break 🙌. Hotel is great with staff meeting all our needs. We used all facilities. Spa was great brand new equipment greatly set out with staff that know what there doing I had couple of deep tissue massages couldn't praise idan the massure enough. Entertainment team are all great involving everyone these can't do enough for you. Food and drinks all great for package holiday ☺️. Bar staff all great also waiting staff and the cleaner kept our stay great. No complaints from us thank you arcanus trendline and staff for our great stay and making our holiday great.
