Ulasan Best Western Plus Coldwater Hotel

Actually called ahead to ask specifically about their hot tub to be sure it was working. They said it was. However, the "hot tub" is exactly that, the jets did not make bubbles at all. When I asked, the desk said it is a "hot tub" and not a "jacuzzi." It was very hot and that was good for me, an older person with sore joints. Also kept the little kids out of there and that was great, I hate sharing a hot tub with babies. Conversely, the pool was very cold and that was nice break from the hot tub and refreshing. But was also so cold that it deterred the kids and that was nice for me. The kids did not linger in there because it was too hot and too cold. "Sketchy" people wandering about outside, did not feel safe going outside alone. Overall, hotel was very clean, staff were excellent, and breakfast was above average. Will probably stay again because I like a super hot tub and super cold pool. But do not recommend it for children because of the pool/hot tub temperature extremes and lack of jet power in the hot tub section.
