The receptionist, Joanne, was very welcoming and remarkably helpful in dealing with a lost luggage problem (by the airline). The rooms are spacious and well furnished with excellent facilities (bath and kitchenette).

It was perfect for our stay for the night before leaving on the cruise. I'm not sure it would work for a longer stay, as it is quite a distance from other areas we wished to visit on St. Maarten.

Stayed for 3 weeks in January. Lovely quiet, clean place. Respectful, helpful staff. Challenging to walk/bicycle in the neighborhood . . . no sidewalks.

You had access to the busses $1.50 for the fare. The staff were friendly and gave an all round at home vibe. Food delivery was easily accessible. You were able to purchase a local sim card for usage at reception and top up in the bakery while shopping or getting breakfast. The property was clean and well maintained.

Wonderful and very affordable hidden gem. The property does not look fancy from the outside but inside the rooms are very clean and well kept, very minor upgrades needed. Bakery located downstairs, where you get the lovely free breakfast which comes with your booking. Free parking onsite, I recommend getting a rental to move around the island from this area. Very helpful and friendly staff, I had to check out 4 days early & return home due to an emergency and the owner kindly approved a refund although I was not entitled to it because I did not have purchase protection with *******. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a budget friendly stay and I do plan on coming back myself.
