The hotel was beautiful, well maintained, great location (beach access) and staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only draw back was the bed and pillows for a 4 star hotel I would think that the beds (not comfortable) and pillows (extremely flat) would be of better quality, but other than that great hotel especially for a solo traveler.

We had a great time at Green Links, the condo was very clean, had all the essentials, the people at the front desk were extremely kind, helpful and met some additional accommodations we asked for. The total property and pool area again, extremely clean, well taken care of!!! We will certainly be back to this property, no question about it. We could only golf at the Mustang course as the Flammingo course was closed. Mustangs course was nice and I would say in good shape, not great but not poor. I would recommend this place to family and friends with no question!

It does not take a genius to see that this motel has been around for decades. We stayed for two nights. Most of the rooms near our second floor room were working people far from their real home. Motel was quiet and the grounds real dark after the sun set. Our room showed its age but was very comfortable. Room had no micowave, clock, or phone. Wifi was not very good. If we stayed in Naples another time, we would not pick Conty's Motel.

We've stayed at this property since it was first built and it was amazing back in the day. It's went downhill over the years. The hotel rooms are so-so and are definitely in need of some updating. The rooms are dark and dingy and some of the lighting in the rooms need to have bulbs replaced in the overhead vanity lights, etc. Updated and additional lighting throughout the rooms would be a plus! The wall paper was peeling in the bathrooms and the rooms were generally dark and dingy. The pillows are flat and horrible. The carpeting in the rooms had burn holes and dirty. The elevators are also dirty. The hotel has deodorizer machines plugged in all over the hallways to disperse an obnoxious deodorant spray to mask odors. The housekeeping staff talks very loudly in the hallways all day long. We never utilize housekeeping during our stays but asked for a few replacement towels and they seemed to be bothered by this. The breakfast buffet was always a disheveled mess and somewhat risky to say the least. The hard boiled eggs were in a communal dish as were the bread and pastry items and people were grabbing items with their hands. The toaster had metal tongs next to it to remove the toasted items, as the knobs were missing. I'm fairly sure that using metal tongs along with a toaster, isn't a great idea. We felt horrible for the one and only person working the breakfast area. This solo employee had to keep it organized and clean, as there were many guests that were absolute slobs that were hoarding massive amounts of food, and then throwing most of it in the overflowing trash cans. Perhaps it's difficult to keep up with a few of the low class guests that are messy, loud and disrespectful of the property. For the high price, it's really not worth staying here.

Memerlukan kerusi roda untuk tunang saya yang hamil yang tidak boleh berjalan langsung dan muntah dengan banyak kerana kehamilannya dan diberitahu untuk Kami menghisapnya jadi saya terpaksa menggendongnya sehingga ke atas kemudian menuruni tangga untuk membawanya. ke bilik kecemasan untuk memastikan semuanya ok. Berpindah keesokan harinya ke Rumah Hyatt yang jauh lebih baik. Ia adalah penginapan yang ok di Staybridge tetapi Idk jika saya akan kembali ke sana dalam masa terdekat

DDennisThis is the best hotel I have ever stayed in at a great rate. It is like a small one bedroom condo with dishes and unlimited k cups and cream. Quiet and excellent air conditioning. Close enough to the beach on Marco island and a free shuttle to the pier and close beaches with complimentary beach chair towels and a big sun umbrella. It started to rain so we called the shuttle and it appeared in less than ten minutes. Can’t wait to get back there next year.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to Key West. The man at front desk was very nice and friendly. The hotel is cute and clean. The room was bigger than I thought it would be. The bathroom was beautiful, especially when you compare to other hotels. The beds were very comfy. We were suppose to leave early but we decided to sleep in instead. The room was clean. The only thing I would’ve liked are blackout curtains. There’s a lot of light coming in at night from the outdoor lights even when you close the blinds. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Veronica and Emily helped me check in really late at night and provided me very detailed information about hotel’s restaurants and amenities! Hot tub was on and hot late at night, it was so very relaxing! At the restaurant Andrea, Adam and the beautiful gelato server lady made our evening tasteful, pleasant and delightful! On the last day Nikki helped us checkout, fast and easy ! Stayed a little longer after check out because the hotel is just stunning, really enjoyed our time there! The room was beautiful and spacious too, the beach walk is a bit dark but a flashlight can easily fix that

PPengguna TetamuThe good: Staff was great (front desk and management) - some of the best we experienced on our 2 weeks summer driving trip. The breakfast was average to above average. The bad: This property is apparently 24 years old and it really shows its age. That said, the exterior was fine, as was the lobby; however, rooms were the worst I have experienced at a Marriot in many years. I was Bonvoy Platinum, renting two rooms (luckily for only two nights) and supposedly had upgraded rooms; however, when opening the door to our room, was hit in the face with strong stale cigarette smell. Kids room didn't smell like cigarettes but had a different unpleasant smell. Some electrical outlets didn't work, shower valve was leaking badly, and whole room very old, worn and outdated. The hotel really put a bit of a damper on our stopover in Naples, especially as we had 14 other room nights at other Marriott properties across Florida that were a standard deviation better. I'll say again however, staff and management were some of the nicest and best we've come across, but they just can't compensate for a property that needs a FULL renovation down to the studs. For a quick stay it wasn't worth trying to change rooms and I'm sure they are all similar or worse, but they did give me a few Bonvoy points as a gesture. It also taught me to really read all available reviews before booking as I could have avoided all this if I had time to study the poor reviews.

AAliAzeemWe enjoyed our quick 2-day getaway stay at the Naples Garden Inn. The lush setting was very pleasant and appealing and you wouldn't realize that you were right on US 41. It was close and convenient to everything in downtown Naples. We did experience a couple of minor issues as well as a noise issue with the occupants of the room above us that were playing loud music all day on our arrival day. I spoke to Linda at the front desk about it and she apologized and said she would speak to the guests which she promptly did. She also promptly took care of a couple of minor issues with our room and was always pleasant. Overall, we had a great experience staying at this property and would certainly not hesitate to stay there again in the future. Linda is certainly an asset to the place!
