Website said bath/W/C was 2 steps from sink, suggesting all was inside room. Not so! Room area hallway not lit and not secure. Electronic keypad broken with wires exposed. Hallways smelled of urine and sewage. I looked at the room and walked back out and gave key back. I did NOT stay.

Hotel Review: Unfortunately, I must advise against staying at this hotel. The security deficiencies began with a broken lock on the room door, which caused an unsettling feeling. The hygiene was severely lacking; dirty bed linen, as well as floors and walls, were not only unsightly but also unhygienic. The toilet was also dirty, and there was a lack of soap in the shower. To make matters worse, it was noisy at night, making restful sleep impossible. The overall sense of security was non-existent, which is especially unacceptable for children and families. In my opinion, the hotel is not just in need of renovation but should rather be replaced with a new building, as the current conditions are no longer bearable. Untrained, unskilled staff. They have no understanding of hotel management. Personnel non formé, non qualifié. Ils ne comprennent rien à la gestion hôtelière.

Very good value for money. Pleasant staff who are very polite and available at any time of the day. Very clean as tonight room shower or toilet I recommend the hotel and the staff.

Arriving on May 18, no one at reception could be helpful. Does not receive customers who are on the phone, (deal with it). People do not respect other users in the evening as in the afternoon when resting, (door noise, vacuum cleaner, WC etc...) The showers and toilets are really neglected even if unfortunately the toilets are important like the cleanliness showers. goodbye. As for breakfast. This one doesn't cost 5€ but rather 2.5€, don't come in the last one otherwise no more croissants. Orange juice really not good (thanks to the powder). No room if all the customers come at the same time. 6 places no more. I've done a lot of F1 but I don't recommend this one at all. To avoid absolutely even for 1 night.

There were no towels in the room. In mine on the floor the carpet was creepy and with condom packs on the floor. One person in the group had their room not made up with already used sheets with whatever attached to them. Dirty and many broken bathrooms. The breakfast was less bad than the rest (but prepared by the reception girl in pajamas). Being part of the Accor chain, I expected a minimum of cleanliness and services, but a really bad experience. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
