Decent hotel near train station. However it is not close to the city centre and is a 10-15 minutes walk from train station. Supermarket is next to location and convenient. Typical 4 star hotel amenities.

On arrival day, we were informed of a planned electricity power outage in all the rooms for 4 hours during our stay which resulted in no lighting, WiFi or TV working. While I understand that maintenance issues are necessary in all hotels, it would have been nice if management had made a small offer of compensation such as restaurant voucher, to guests impacted by this outage, but unfortunately no such offer was made. This has somewhat spoiled the experience of what would otherwise have been a very good hotel.

The location of the hotel is absolutely great but highly priced.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this Marriott property. The housekeeping service was far below expectations—staff knocked on my door at around 8:30 AM and even attempted to enter, which I found shocking. They repeated this intrusion at 10:40 AM, despite the early hour being unreasonable for housekeeping in most hotels. Additionally, the lack of attention to cleanliness was unsatisfactory. The kettle in my room was visibly dirty, making me question whether proper housekeeping procedures were followed at all. For a reputable brand like Marriott, this level of service is unacceptable. Unfortunately, due to these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Really good service! Receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Luggage storage was also available and easy to access! Will definitely recommend!

Fantastic location — just a ~10-minute walk from Cologne Main Station and the Cathedral, and surrounded by shops and restaurants . Rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable with spacious beds and quiet atmosphere, and staff are friendly and helpful , occasional AC issues & lack of minibar

Toilet is small, sink is small, no slippers or accessories unless you ask reception. And there is no refrigerator in room. Besides, air conditioning is so weak. Price expensive compared to with others unless you are really prefer to stay in this brand hotel.

Great value for money, this hotel is really affordable. It's about an 800-meter walk to the station, which isn't too far to get to the city center. Downstairs, there's a Chinese restaurant called Tian Yuan Di Fang, and the food is delicious and very reasonably priced.

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the city center and major business districts, with easy access to transportation. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi speed is stable, making it suitable for remote work. The staff provides professional and responsive service. The breakfast offers a rich variety and tastes good. Overall, it was a good experience that met my business travel needs, and I would consider staying here again.

My favourite hotel in the whole of my Europe Trip thus far… As expected of a Marriot-branded hotel, the rooms we stayed in are spotlessly clean. Hotel provides pretty good detox water in the lobby. However though, it’s not quite conveniently located with a 10+ minutes walk from the train station (unlike what was stated in its listing) and not centrally located near cologne’s main attractions.

It was a very good experience, staffs all really helpful, I left my adapter in the room, they managed to find it and post it back to me, very appreciated!

This is a very good hotel, the staffs are very helpful and nice, the room is spacious, clean and well equipped. The location is not bad either, and not far from train station. I like it.

No enough parking for Guest , make abit trouble for stay guest

The front desk is very slow and no efficient for everyone customer. The location not good for to down center. The breakfast is not so good for Chinese person. I didn’t recommend this hotel for live in this hotel.
