Ulasan Hyatt Regency Cologne

The level of cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations. There were a number of long hairs on the floor of the bathroom which had clearly not been cleaned properly The reception were apologetic and I was moved to another room - the bathroom also had some hairs. Cologne is a beautiful city and the hotel is well located, however it was overpriced for the standard unfortunately. I wish I had booked one of the other hotels and I definitely will next time. There should not be a number of hairs on the floor if it is properly cleaned. Very disappointed

We had an enjoyable stay. Location and service was excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable. Perfect view of the cathedral from the club lounge. Highly recommended.

Great hotel for out stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic Being on the other side of the river although required a walk but also gave us a nice night view of the city from a distance

Stayed as a couple at Club King Double room for 5 nights during the Amphi Festival. Pros: - Unbeatable location, walking distance to everything while not within the Old Town which is way too touristy. Five-minute walk from the train that takes you straight to the airport. - Room 99% soundproof, very private and peaceful (stayed at the Club floor, 6/6). - Amazing bed. - Full-size working desk in the room. - Daytime service very professional, helpful, and friendly. - The Club Floor lounge has it's own very good breakfast buffet (included with the Club rooms at no extra cost - apart from the higher cost of the Club room itself - so you might skip paying extra for the regular breakfast at the restaurant). Also daytime tea with cake and an evening snack are served as well. The snack could become your legitimate dinner if you need it, as there are hot options and appetizers. Amazing view of the cathedral from the Lounge. - The food was amazing. Cons: - The night shift staff is not at the same level as the day shift, so try to resolve your matters during the day. - Some visible wear and tear in the room (not important to me, but might bother some who expect everything to be 100% at this price point). Overall: - Highly recommend, would stay again.

Location and front office were great. Rooms ok, stayed in Hyatts around the world, Cologne was nice but nothing extraordinary.

It was a bit old, and the room was cold, but it was a nice hotel. Great location and view. Excellent and fast room service.

I love it , well organized hotel !

It's located across from Cologne Cathedral, and looks spectacular lit up at night. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I was happy to have free water in the room, but perhaps because Germany is an environmentally advanced country, it was bottled water rather than plastic bottles. It's inconvenient to carry around, but it was enough for making tea in the room. If I had to say something negative, it would be that you have to cross a bridge to get to Cologne Cathedral and the station, but you have to go down a flight of stairs to get to the hotel entrance. It was a bit inconvenient to go up and down with a suitcase.

Although it is a bit old, it has everything you need and the service is very good. It is very convenient to eat and drink in the lounge, and you can see the cathedral. The room size is also very good.

The hotel is in a very good location, right by the river, and you can see the iconic church when you go out, which is especially beautiful at sunset. It is worth noting that if you get off at Cologne Central Station, you need to walk to the hotel from the bridge, but this also brings an advantage, that is, quietness and safety. You must know that the area near the train station is always full of dirt and crime. The hotel's service meets the standard five-star requirements, and the staff is enthusiastic and professional. The room is spacious and bright, and the hygiene is also no problem. The TV in the room is quite large, and it can be connected to the mobile phone for screen projection, which can be said to be very enjoyable. The dining environment for breakfast is very good, and the food is rich and delicious.

A great hotel near the exhibition center and the city center. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The bar and restaurant serve delicious food. I'd especially like to mention the concierge service. I needed help with a delivery order, and everyone was quick to help. I highly recommend it!

The hotel is located across the river from Cologne Cathedral, and it's very quiet. The area around Cologne Cathedral and the train station is quite chaotic, so I felt much safer here.
