1. The location is a bit far from the city center, which may not be ideal if you plan to explore the downtown area frequently. 2. Check-in is only available after 3:00 PM, which felt a bit inconvenient. 3. The service was just average — staff were not particularly warm or welcoming.

Probably last time i'll go to this hotel. You can park your car on site for.... 24€.... I took the car and parked on the street for 5€. Sauna only open from 17h to 22h....and you need to pay for it 9.50€... All these things were not mentioned. There is like a self checkin, which is fast but nothing personal. Check out is on a computer that works half, so a staff member needs to stay next to that computer. It makes 0.0 sense. I wanted to have some relax time... I'll look for it somewhere else next time

The staff at the front desk was really nice and the facilities in the hotel room are of high quality. It is seriously the best hotel I've ever been in for Europe so far.

The hotel is nice and has parking for a fee. It is not far from the city center, and it takes 10 minutes to walk to eat Chinese food. It is far from the cathedral and shopping street, and it takes more than 20 minutes to walk.

This hotel is very new and well-equipped. It is a very cost-effective hotel in Europe. The transportation is convenient overall, but if you use public transportation, you should be careful when you come back at night. You will pass a very dark park. The nearest supermarket is 14 minutes away on foot. If you need anything, you can buy it when you pass by the supermarket and bring it back to the hotel. Otherwise, you have to go out and walk for a long time.

I was passing through Cologne and it was on the way and the location is perfect!

Good location, everything clean, rooms well maintained and attractively furnished. It would be nice if you didn't have to spend two hours trying unsuccessfully to connect your iPhone to the TV. Breakfast was plentiful and pleasantly long, but please don't come every two minutes to clear it away, it's a bit annoying. Unfortunately, the reception is completely overwhelmed by the smallest problem (which is also annoying, and it would be appropriate to believe the guest every now and then when they tell you where they booked something. They usually know better than some strange "system"). Otherwise, it was a successful stay with room for improvement.
