Granbell colombo is the most beautiful city hotel in colombo , It offer really japanese hospitality experience , foods are really tasty , Hotel has most beautiful infinity pool at roof top. That experience is very attractive . Roof top bar is little bit crowded in weekend . But bar staff provide quick service. Also Room has consist with modern features . And Room has bath tab . It is really nice. Overall experience is really worth for money.staff was very friendly. Mihiranga from reception he helps us very friendly during our stay and restaurant staff Niroshan , kasun is very helpfull . We will definitely come back again . Thanks Granbell ❤

Lovely hotel, the perfect break from budget hotels. The restaurant upstairs offered a reasonably priced buffet for dinner and the food was great. Walking distance from plenty of restaurants and shops.

Great place to stay if u have a night before or after a long flight. Pool is sweet and they have 3 more Whirlpools. Rooms are spacious and clean, tho bit better insulation would do great. Csn hear my neighbours talking through the walls.

Where can I begin to start about this hotel? From the minute we walked through the door you would think you were in a 5* hotel with the level of service you receive. The room was modern and beds extremely comfortable. There were a few bits of damage but nothing we couldn't see past. The only gripe I had with the room is that because the Make up room/ Do not disturb LED light is beside the bed this lights up blue on a night and can be bothersome. A fantastic mention for our housekeeper Gihan keeping us well stocked in towels and everything tidy. The pool is well maintained and pool towels are of a very good quality. We looked in the gym and contrary to a previous review the air con works. Bar service and the range of drinks are excellent, as is the Cafe on the ground floor which has excellent cakes and is very reasonably priced. Infact we couldn't believe it. The stay was marred by the fact that our Trip.com booking was not received by the hotel and as a result had to pay the hotel additionally and at a higher rate in order to stay. We have yet to get this resolved

My wife and I attended a Christmas Ball in the ballroom of the Galadari Hotel and stayed the night in the hotel. The bed was comfortable and most of the facilities were OK but the bathroom, particularly the shower cubicle, was very dated with very little water pressure.

The staffs in hotel are extremely thoughtful and nice. The breakfast is fantastic. You can enjoy mupltile country food here. The room is very clean. The hotel is near galla face beach. very beautiful view.

OK Folks once upon time this used to be one of the best hotels in Sri Lanka. That was decades ago, this is one of the very few Sri lankan government owned hotel today. This is not so luxurious to match a five star, but a pretty good hotel which fits in well for a three star. There are glitches here and there, it's an old building, you might find the hot water not working or a broken switch, pardon that, the hotel is working very hard to fix those with the little financial resources they have. The staff of the hotel are very kind and hard working. If you request them for something, they will not hesitate to try there best to satisfy your needs. The hotel has undergone a renovation recently and working hard to maintain a good menu of food. Again people are good and hard working but with the financial resources they have, there are limitations. Overall its a good 3 star hotel with a decent menu of food and really polite people. Help them by reserving your rooms with this little place which has a big history, the more guest who visit this place, the more money they get, so they can serve you better the next time your arrive. Be kind when making your reviews, try to look through the eyes of good people here who are trying to make your stay the best ever. Let encourage more people to use thus hotel so they can soon start to cater you with five star perfection.

This was the place we chose to stay for 5 days when Colombo curfew was enforced. For 5 days Bandar was more than helpful, ket everyone happy and things clean. Even with food shortage we had an amazing stay. It felt like home away from home. Thank you to the owner and a very special thank you to Bandar. Stay safe Sri Lanka!

My recent stay at Clock Inn Dehiwala was an absolute delight. The hotel location and exceptional service made it a memorable experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the welcoming staffs Akash and Dara made me feel right at home. I arrived late at the night and check-in process was quick and smooth.Also they were giving me suggestions about my dinner for the night which is very thoughtful of them. The room was spacious ,clean and well decorated, bed and pillows are so comfortable and that makes me sleep like a baby through out the stay.The bathroom is like a half of the room size, shower area is seperated with glass doors. The breakfasts is excellent with a choice of continental and some local foods with fresh fruits, Juice and serials.Sangeedhaan is always will be there at live cooking station with a big smile to help you.The only suggestion I have is to have a cold milk during breakfast time. I really enjoyed the garden out side of the room where where you can enjoy complimentary coffee and tea through out the day . The housekeeping staffs, Neris , Kogul and Sagar is so friendly and always will be there to assist with a big smile. Specially Neris,he will always greeted with a big smile. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable. In conclusion, Clock Inn Dehiwala exceeded my expectations. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend this charming hotel for a wonderful getaway. I can't wait to return for another stay in the future.
