第一次來美國第一次住美國的酒店…emo了兩天，哭了一天，第二天才去吃早餐…服務員小姐姐們都很好很熱情！不emo了！

I’m sure this place was very nice once, it’s just not kept up with. I stayed in room 218 (which is right by the stairs to get to everywhere) could just be the room location, but you could hear stomping all night constantly waking me (like an angry person stomping on the ground as hard as possible) and it didn’t stop until almost midnight. The floor needs steam cleaned and had Multiple red stains (hoping it was food or makeup). Chairs and couch has holes in them and seemed in need of repair or close to it. Towels seemed to have stains on them from previous use that didn’t come out during the wash. Same as the bed sheets (I did not sleep in them only on). Located literally outside a busy McDonald’s so you there is a lot of traffic and people around. WiFi was not good, I could barely stream anything on my phone. Television were flat screens with barely basic cable. The pictures looked nice and probably were never updated from when they opened. Pool was open but it was occupied. Their gym had a treadmill and bowflex type machine (but it seemed outdated). They had free breakfast which seemed okay from the looks of it.

Very friendly and helpful reception and staffs. Comfortable beds and very huge living space. Close to MacDonalds and other restaurants. Very close to CMH airport about 6 minutes. Free shuttle is a huge bonus!

Front desk staff were very nice and friendly but everything else wasn’t so great. The lobby smelled really bad, the elevator sounded like it was on its last leg the room had issues not being kept up, carpets stained. I felt uneasy walking in because of having security guards so I was worried about someone breaking into my truck especially when I went to the convenience store next door and they had an armed guard there. I was ready to leave, bed wasn’t very comfortable because apparently they kept the plastic over the mattress and it made it uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here I would find another.

To be honest, I hesitated to even give this review, because I didn’t actually stay at this property; however, I decided that this information may help someone avoid the situation I encountered. I made a reservation for three nights, January 1-4, 2024 and requested a feather-free room due to my severe feather allergy. Prior to checking in, I called the location to confirm that the room was feather-free, but was informed by the desk clerk, Simone, that the requested accommodation hadn’t been made and housekeeping was closed. Simone to her credit, promised to call the Housekeeping Supervisor and call me back. Two minutes later, she called me back with the terrible news: ALL of their rooms have feathers—duvets AND pillows!! She apologized and said that she would make a note in the system so that I could receive a refund since I had prepaid and the cancellation period had passed. Simone said that to her knowledge, they had never had anyone make such a request before. Let this serve as a memo to management: I highly recommend you invest in procuring down-alternative or foam duvets and pillows; I would love to have the opportunity to stay at this location in the future. To those other feather allergy sufferers: I recommend you book elsewhere. My experience required me to scramble for another hotel on New Year’s night, causing me to cut my trip short by two days.

The hotel was nice close to everything and the service was great I didn’t have any issues and this is actually my second time staying there.

Elevator was making WAY too many noises, carpets were messy, and breakfast was barely stocked up, and waffle batter dispenser was not functional at all.

Stayed 4 nights. When we got there, there were no bath towels in the room. Had to go track down a maid to find some as front desk said “we have none up here. You’ll have to find a maid.” Then 2 days in we ran out of toilet paper and were given a box of facial tissue to use. A maid never came to service our room the entire 4 days. But the morning of checkout (checkout was at 12), they knocked on the door and tried to come in 3 different times before 11 am (starting at about 9). Terrible.

We were quite disappointed with this hotel. Our room didn't have bath towels or bedding for the pullout sofa. We also found bugs in the room and on the bed. The water in the pool was merky, and the pool area and hallways were extremely noisy. The fitness center was dirty and didn't have any proper equipment either. We definitely wouldn't stay here again in the future.
