Didn’t end up staying at this hotel accidentally booked it and they wouldn’t give us a refund even though it was three months out

Great location as it is near downtown and just next to a Premium Outlet, Citadel. However, the hotel should provide free parking! The negative experience is the hotel simply charged USD$2.00 after my checkout for water that I didn't consume at all in my room as I knew there were charges associated with!

Perfect for a shopping trip to the outlets, as they are just across the car park. 30 mins from Disney and LAX. Large comfortable room and bed. Shower power wasn’t great and the temperature was difficult to maintain. Only gripe was that they didn’t provide a refrigerator in the room.

Walking distance to outlet is a big plus point. Plenty of parking. For parents, u can sneak out to shopping when your kids having sleep is a big big plus point. Do note there is no coin operated washing machine and the only water dispenser is in gym room which open 24 hours. Beware of traffic during peak period like Black Friday. A lot of the roads are blocked and massive traffic jam.

Celebrated Thanksgiving here. All my request were given. Location wise- this hotel is perfect if your goal is to shop in an outlet store. Service- front desk-easy check in and out Room Amenities- cons-no fridge, no microwave, no complimentary water bottle, need to buy new pillows and linens, room needs updating. check out is 11am BUT housekeeping knocked on my door twice at 9am and 930am with their wheel cart infront of my door. First time this happened to me. I felt like being rushed to check out after coming from an overnight shopping spree from the outlet stores. pros-crabtree toiletries, coffee bean coffee n tea in room, strong a/c and water, free 2 pcs of cookies upon check in Parking- free

Hotel located near citadel outlet which is good for shopping.

Everything is good. The toilet condition is old. No toiletries, toothbrush and slipper.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their incredible hospitality made us feel like valued guests. We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The amenities were excellent, but it was the staff's warm and genuine hospitality that truly made our stay unforgettable.

Expect what you are paying for and you will be happy!!

The bed was super comfy. Location is a bit far from the center of LA, but the environment was peaceful and quiet. Complimentary chocolate cookie was tasty. Room cleaning could be better ( some hairs were left till the next day, they were my hairs though). Staff were friendly. I'd like to come back :)

The hotel location good, in Citadel Outlet, cleanliness ok, amenities poor, price not cheap.

No complaints. Great service, atmosphere and stay overall.

House keeping must be requested…. That is no good..
