實際是個民宿，已經有100多年的歷史，位置很好，離科莫湖很近，鬧中取靜，典型的歐洲小鎮風光，小鎮上很多餐廳和酒吧，還有一個24小時營業的大超市。

Хороший отель для непривередливых гостей с отличным расположением. Если довольствуетесь малым, а все внимание именно на природные красоты и архитектуру Комо, то берите этот отель.

科莫湖沒想像般美，酒店離湖邊和大教堂很近，房間比較小，早餐不錯，員工服務很好，幫解決問題

The best location when exploring Como. Hotel is quantly old fashioned but added to the overall trip experience. Bed was reasonably comfortable but we had to request extra pillows. Staff eager to please and breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of choice. Hotel is tucked away.

Old hotel with out of date style & furniture. Basic but clean. Great location. Staff friendly & helpful. If you want luxury then don't stay here but if you want a good clean friendly hotel for a decent price then it's a great place to stay. I would stay again if returned to Lake Como.

Small friendly hotel in centre of Como close to the lake. Very good front office staff who made our big group very welcome. . Very local old style restaurant with traditional menu at reasonable prices . Small but comfortable rooms with courtyard views .

The hotel is a perfect gem, the staff was fantastic the location is great the Restaurant is amazing.....The rooms were nice and clean bathroom was spotless. near everything shopping, the lake is a 5 minute walk.

We only spent 2 days as we were commuting from Venice to Zurich with a quick 1- 1/2 day stop by train in Como. This Hotel was perfectly located in Como Center and walking distance (12 minute walk) to the Train station. Took the Fast Ferry to Bellagio, and Menaggio for a quick look around and food. Only spent one night there and it was very basic but clean.

Great hotel to use as a base. I agree with the previous reviewer, this is not a resort or a spa. You drop your luggage there, go explore and come back to sleep, period. Clean bed, friendly staff, clean towels, basic toiletries, basic breakfast. Again , you can’t beat the location and of course the price.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants, just walking distance to the train station. The rooms are simple and clean, the bed is quite hard though, same as the pillows, they need to invest in new bedding to make the stay more comfortable. Breakfast is OK, but lacks more fresh fruit and other alternatives to boiled eggs and cheese.

Have stayed here many times and will stay again. Location is perfect - right by the lake, and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shopping. Staff and owner are polite, friendly and helpful. Restaurant is also delicious for lunch and dinner - many locals dine here. Rooms are clean.

L’albergo è un po’ datato tuttavia è dotato di tutti i confort essenziali, personale disponibilissimo e cordiale a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. Ricca colazione continentale. Posizione centralissima e strategica a ridosso del centro storico, del Duomo e del lago. Consigliato.

Abgewohnt und alt Lage zentral und gut, Service ok, Hotel allerdings extrem abgewohnt und nicht sauber. Habe noch nie eine solch dreckige ä, gelbe, vergilbte Klobrille in einem Hotel gesehen: peinlich! Auf Nachfrage: kommt von den Reinigungsmitteln …. Kann man davon halten, was man möchte. M.E. Wäre es ein leichtes solche Mängel zu beheben, man muss es halt wollen. Für mich ein Grund nicht mehr zu buchen.
