Nice hotel for a fair price. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants, right off of I85. We'd definitely stop here again.

Not has good has it could have been. I stay in room 133 the guest that were above me were either having a party or no adult supervision. I called the front desk twice. The real person‘s name was Matthews and he lied to me and told me his name was Jordan and he was the assistant manager. He also told me there was nothing he could do for the noise and discomfort, so we end up checking out at 5 AM, I went back to the same location because I wanted to speak to the manager Ashley and let her know what had happened and I wanted a full refund but I was able to talk to the real assistant manager named Jordan i informed her of all the information that Matthew had gave me was wrong lies and that he couldn’t do nothing about the noise, complaint and beating and banging . it was a pleasure doing business with the real assistant manager named Jordan Matthews should be fired immediately telling people that he’s the assistant manager, and his name is Jordan is totally wrong because it could have gotten the real Jordan in trouble.

The breakfast was great. The lady working checkin was super friendly. Only complaint is that the couch cushions in our suite were extremely thin making the couch not very comfortable to sit on.

Loved the pool and hot tub. Our biggest problem was with our key cards for all three rooms were problematic.

Stay was good. The only thing is I could hear person walking above my room, kinda noisy and woke me up but soon stopped. Faucet and Tub didnt run cold water.

Jordan was great. Remembered us from last month. Made check in quick and easy. Breakfast was good. Pool could have been a little warmer. But otherwise great

I truly enjoyed the location of the property. I also love to set up the property with the swimming pool that was in use. The exercise room was great and the staff was very personable and wonderful. I was able to find my way around pretty easily, there were so many wonderful attractions in that area that we stayed busy.
