The front desk and everyone at this hotel was extremely nice and helpful. My only concern was the fact that the hotel is not actually the comfort inn and has undergone a name change. I was not informed before I arrived and it really was not a good start to my bday weekend. Hotel was in walking distance to many restaurant and bars however why was I not informed about the name change before arrival and why has Trip.com not updated the hotel name in the site as of 1/24/23 and hotel states name changed in 12/15/22. I believe they do this to lure people into to booking a new without their knowledge.

Allt var toppen förutom gymmet. Vi bokade detta dels för de fanns gym, men gymmet hade trasiga maskiner och redskap.
Jättebra service, vi fick late checkout för 50 dollar.
Frukost ingick utan att vi visste. Men de va ingen höjdare men bättre än inget.
Fina rum. Ok pool förutom att de ENDAST var sol mellan 9-11 på fm, sen var det absolut ingen sol på hela dagen/kvällen, ett stort hus som täckte.

Certain parts of the hotel is suffering from water damage, mold and leaks. There is a roach infestation. Found cockroaches crawling around in the shower. Room 209 a suite, smelled of mold and dampness. The couch was filthy and damaged. The staff did their best to accommodate us however it took 6 and a half hours to move us another room.

The room was very small! The pool did not get any sun during the day therefore, all three of the small pools were very cold. The pictures online were beautiful. The in person did not match what was posted. Lots of repairs needed to call this a boutique hotel.

This is our second consective year staying there. Last year, there was serious flooding and water issues. I thought that was a fluke, but it was repeated this year. But really, the biggest problem was that we were given a first floor room and staff was walking back and forth by our room and talking incredibly loudly all night long. It was like we were in a hospital. We could barely open the door to our room because the hall outside it was full of big bins filled with towels and cleaning supplies. There should NOT be a room where ours was. And to charge us the same price as a regular room is truly wrong.

The hotel is still doing improvements and renovations but we loved the staff and environment. It was convenient to the beach which was part of the hotel and Holiday Inn partnership allowed us to sit peacefully at the beach with chairs & umbrellas. Just get there early. The room was cozy and quiet. The staff was attentiveness to all guests and any concern was quickly addressed & remedied without any issues. The breakfast was at holiday inn across the street which changed daily & was pretty good. Would stay again!
