Both bedrooms walk out to the backyard through sliding doors and have connecting bathrooms, one of which is accessible from the hallway for common use. Downstairs is the living room with queen bed sofa pullout, two additional bedrooms, and a shared bath. Laundry is also accessible for guest use on the lower level. The unit is well-equipped with a full kitchen, cooking/grilling essentials, basic soaps and cleaners, games, beach towels and chairs, coffee (drip & keurig), and more!Each unit has a private entrance, parking area, and separate outdoor space for grilling, dining, and enjoying the fire pit. This is a residential neighborhood so we as that you keep voices and music low after 10pm and until 8am.
