The stay was fantastic! The hosts are hospitable and considerate. The location is good, only 10 minutes' walk from the conwy train station, also not far from tourist attractions. There is a free car park behind the building. The room is clean and well-equipped, and very warm during winter. The bed is very cozy as well. The breakfast was amazing and the recommended restaurants were also delicious. Highly recommended!(A pleasant view taken in front of the house attached)

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay in Conwy at the Bryn Derwen. It was an easy 10 minute walk from the train station. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. Our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again

Great first impression. Nice well tendered gardens to walk through. Comfortable and modern room. Attention to detail superb. Things we used in the room were replaced for the next morning. Breakfast was excellent. Quality ingredients and lots of choice. We gained the impression that the owners had real pride in their home and were very focused on looking after guests Would heartily recommend.

Gill and Andrew have clearly worked hard to maintain the very high standards of this place. They're such lovely and warm hosts. This is my 3rd visit and was first here in 2017. It's actually even better. Very clean, comfy beds and probably the best breakfast we've ever had. Thank you guys. Can't wait to return 😍

A wonderful B&B just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Conwy. We stayed in room 7 (Mountain View) which was a great size and plenty of storage for clothes with a good sized bathroom. The view from the room was wonderful! The breakfast was also great and the hosts were very attentive and friendly. Would recommend to anyone visiting Conwy however best to read their information about mobility as there are some steep parts and be careful when driving to the car park as it is steep and narrow. There are a couple of spaces at the front if preferred.

It’s all been said but just to reiterate - great place to stay, 10 minutes from the harbour in Conwy, with parking. Clean, comfortable , fantastic breakfast. Our room , no 7 , on the second floor featured a king size bed and bath. Would recommend this B and B

Lovely hotel a short walk from town centre. Spotlessly clean, spacious room. The room and bathroom were finished to a high standard and the bed was very comfortable. The really nice couple who run the hotel were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. This was our first stay at this hotel but it definitely will not be our last.

We have just got back home from a lovely 2 night stay . Room was lovely and cosy, en suit small but manageable. Spotlessly clean, breakfast was super, cooked to perfection. Steep steps to the front of the property but we managed with help from Andy. Hospitality was fab. Thank you Jane & Colin

Arrived to a very steep walkway to the hotel, but it does say it when you book if you read your booking, we stayed in room 1, it was very small but it did have every you need to be fair, the en suite is again very compact again with a terrible electric shower, we did wake up to a great breakfast and pleasant hosts, so overall we would return again
