Hotel berhampiran Centennial Park, Cook County

It's fine for where and what it is. Unfortunately I waited forever at the airport for the shuttle and it never came so I had to hop on a neighboring hotel's shuttle and then walk over. BECAUSE I GUESS THE SHUTTLE DRIVER NEEDED HIS AFTERNOON NAP.

My daughter and I were going to Rosemont for a concert. The Embassy Suites was wonderful. My daughter loved the hotel. It was safe, close to our venue, and my daughter and I absolutely loved our room. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. We had a wonderful stay!!!

Best location if you need to return rental car before you fly. Just 3 minutes drive. The hotel facilities have been recently renovated and everything is spot-on! The room has absolutely everything you would ever need, good coffee, appliances, nice lightning, super clean bathroom. Reading chair and working desk. (The only problem is they don't offer water in the room). Nice swimming pool and gym. Downsides: They charge parking, and the check-in staff could be kinder. They interacted with me and other foreign guests in a rather bossy way.

The best place to stay if you’re attending a concert at the Allstate Arena. It’s just a short walk away from the venue and has a lot of stores close by.

Asma is an amazing staff. Outstanding service and the room is nice and cozy.

I needed to stay somewhere overnight near Midway and this hotel fit the requirements. There is free 24 hour Midway airport shuttle service which is what I needed as I had an early flight out. The front desk clerk was very patient and hospitable and knew how to set expectations, which was fantastic for me after 10 hours on a plane, and getting into Midway very late at night. The night shuttle driver was also quite nice. I had a hard time understanding him, partially because he was using a face mask and partially because I was tired and sleep deprived and have bad hearing. I had a great night's sleep. I didn't stay long enough to figure out what, if any, they had for breakfast. I did use the free internet while I was here. There were only a few odd things. 1. When I walked into the room, it had an odd smell. I believe it came from the slightly moist carpet. In about 5 minutes, my nose got used to it and I didn't notice the smell the rest of my stay. 2. The desk had no electrical outlets on it. There was one electrical outlet on the wall (thankfully I had brought my own power *****) near the desk. On the desk was something that looked like outlets of some type, however I did not recognize what it could be used for. That meant that all my electronics were plugged into the 4 outlets, 2 on each of the bedside lamps, plus the power *****. 3. There was a microwave, however, no refrigerator. I didn't need one so it wasn't an issue. There was space in the area of the microwave where one would have the refrigerator. 4. The water for my shower at 3:45 am, never got truly hot. It was warm and probably adequate for babies and the elderly. However it was not hot enough for a sleep deprived individual who likes hot showers. On the other hand, it was warm enough for my shower. I just couldn't warm up, during the shower. 5. The area by the bathroom sink was quite small. It wasn't a real issue since I could place my things on the table in front of the microwave, which was just behind me as I was facing the sink. 6. I couldn't figure out how to change the temperature of the room. The air conditioner was blowing cool air. As long as I was covered at night, I was okay. However, I wanted the room to be warmer, and the lack of a hot shower, made the room even colder to me. Would I stay here again? Probably only as a 1 night stay. I've stayed at other Fairfield Inns that were in much better condition. However, the front desk clerk and the availability of the 24 hour shuttle service to/from the airport, makes it highly likely that I'll stay here again for a 1 night stay. This was a last minute booking so I paid a lot for this one night stay. They got me.

Will not stay at this hotel again. Checked in and main elevators were. It working. The service elevator in the back was working but made for a long wait at times during a busy weekend. The TV only has 5 working channels. The front desk confirmed they were aware and the hotel has been working on it for A FEW WEEKS (really?) no mention of this anywhere on their website or when making a reservation (or even at check in). The doors slam so loudly and our door did not shut without forcefully slamming it shut. So be prepared to hear slamming doors constantly at all hours. The air conditioning was suspect. We had our room set at 70 but never got below 76. The shower did not fully transition from tub to shower…and was very hard to pull the lever from shower to tub. The out door pool was ok…probably the only bright spot.

The person on the reception she is amazing person, she is angel she help me alot when I do my reservation whit ******* ,they chance my date and they want a charge more money and she talk whit the company to respet my date appointment honestly she is the best person, please come she is very nice this job is perfect for her,the only think I have to say my family and me thank so much LATRINA P. I had a great visit I was taking care of by the front desk and The room was clean and up to date and it had a big screen tv which was great while I was in room relaxing place was quiet and peaceful I would recommend this location to others.
