I am going to start with the good: Lobby and breakfast area were spotless Breakfast attendants were constantly cleaning and replenishing Bad (mostly minor aesthetic) This hotel appears to be in need of an update; the hallways were mustard mustard yellow. The curtains in our room were worn out (some moth holes) The rod for adjusting the curtains was covered in dirt.

We stayed for the weekend and were not disappointed. I’m one of those people that do tons of research before choosing a hotel. This one is priced well and is so cozy and welcoming. We stayed in one of the city view rooms which I would totally recommend. The night before I got a notification on the Hilton app saying it’s time to choose my room and I was able to choose a corner room with a view of the city on both sides and it was quite large. Being able to choose your room and know which one you’ll be in when you arrive is great. This hotel is in a great spot and only a few minute walk to an L train station for all of your transportation needs. The neighborhood is pretty quiet from what I saw. We loved the full size pump bottles in the bathroom of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap. The front desk staff was always welcoming and answered any questions I had. I would recommend the skyline room. We stayed in room 1815 and had a great view of the city. The only downsides were that the windows were quite dirty and the parking garage was tiny but I understand those aren’t necessarily problems that can be fixed easily. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone else looking for a place to stay in Chicago.

Location close to airport, staff are nice and helpful.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was nice and spacious, offering plenty of comfort during my stay. The staff were excellent, with a special shout-out to Chuk, who truly deserves a raise. Chuk is incredibly friendly and polite, making every guest feel welcome with his people-oriented approach. There were a few minor issues, such as a cracked tile and a wavy shower handle in the bathroom that could use some attention. Additionally, one of the elevators was out of service, which required a bit of walking around, but it wasn't a major inconvenience. The breakfast was okay, though nothing particularly memorable. I also noticed that Kipsu wasn't responded to promptly, which could be improved. Despite these small drawbacks, the price point for the hotel is great and very affordable. Overall, I would return to this hotel for its spacious rooms, excellent staff, and reasonable rates.

I stayed here the weekend of the Chicago Marathon because it was convenient to many areas of downtown and was a very reasonable price for that weekend. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, there is much great shopping near and public. Transportation is available as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
