Hotel terbaik di Coolum Beach

DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. This hotel dates back to the early 1970’s and it shows. Popcorn ceilings, extremely tiny rooms that look nothing like the advertising. No where to sit in the room except on the bed. There’s a random spare chair but no table or desk inside. I’ve seen bigger broom closets. The bedside tables are just tiny little tables. Would it be hard to actually put in something that had drawers so we could at least unpack our suitcases somewhat, as there is no room for suitcases in the room. The closet had some storage space for clothes, but not enough for two people staying a week. One of whom was working so didn’t bring just the obligatory shorts and t-shirts. Room was only allocated to be serviced once for an eight night stay. Yes I was able to get fresh towels and so on, but I’d except better from the Ramada name. No breakfast facilities during the week. Got told to “just go across the road to a cafe”. I know I am just going to get the standard reply that I should’ve just raised my concerns with staff. But they can’t fix most of these issues. This hotel needs to be demolished or as a minimum gutted and refurbished from scratch. I would never stay here again. I would rather sleep under a tree to be honest. Considering I booked through a corporate travel organization and I will be making serious recommendations to them to remove this hotel from their range of hotels for the area.

Michael was really lovely and welcoming. We stayed overnight as we had a flight to catch the next morning and he so kindly offered to drop us to the airport free of charge. There are uber’s very easily available, so that was really nice of him to go out of his way even though he was really busy. The room was spotless, had a microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, washing up liquid, bathroom basics. You can tell the place is very well maintained and cleaned. The pool looked lovely but we didn’t use it, there is a washing machine you can use as well. Nearby there is a supermarket, the beach is within 5 minutes walk across the street, lots of cafe’s to eat too.

We booked a twin room with ensuite for 2 sisters. Room was clean and had coffee/tea making facilities as well as a small fridge. Beds were comfortable. There was reverse cycle air conditioner. There is also a shared kitchen for guests although we didn’t use this but it looked clean and well stocked. I was pleasantly surprised to find an iron which I used. The first time we stayed I accidentally left my AirPods in the room which the cleaner handed in. The only downside is there is limited parking and we had to park on the street. Despite this our stays have been pleasant with no noise at night. There is a pool which we didn’t use on either trip. This accommodation is definitely our go to place if we travel to the Sunshine Coast.

As a couple we stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a partial ocean view. Kitchen, dining & lounge together, separate bedroom with king bed, separate bathroom combines with laundry. Though the apartment was a little dated it was clean, comfortable and had all we needed. There is a reasonable sized balcony. We could park under the building. There are trolleys there to use and a lift. Next door is a good restaurant - Canteen Kitchen - and another cafe two doors down. A few hundred metres away is the main shopping ***** where there is a good fish & chip cafe. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we are in Coolum.

A very nice, clean modern apartment. The staff and management were great. However the parking is insane. Our car park was next to 53 ( a green Audi and resident) and she went out of her way to make it known short term guests weren’t welcome. Deliberately obtuse which doesn’t surprise me as a quick Google of her name shows she was removed from the building’s Body Corp for “allegedly” embezzling nearly 50k worth of funds.

I'm so glad I chose Chez Noosa for my 5 night stay. The location was perfect for walking in Noosa National Park, and to Noosa Junction, Hasting St and Sunshine Beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything I needed, in a peaceful setting. The bonus was the friendly and helpful Vicki! Nothing was too much trouble - a couple of very minor things in the apartment were addressed quickly, I could leave my hire bike in a secure spot, and she was a delight to speak with! Would highly recommend this accommodation and would stay again for sure! Thank you for a lovely stay.

The receptionist Nicky booked us in at the hotel, she was friendly and helpful providing maps and local advice. Our room was on the first floor with a balcony overlooking a building site... Perhaps should not have been charged extra for this privilege as we never used it! The room was clean, tidy and functional. Beds were firm, but there should have been a better pillow selection as ours were all flat as pancakes. Not sure about the glass shower room with duel purpose door. Can't leave the night light on as it illuminated the bedroom. Car parking at $20 a day was expensive as we stayed 5 days should have been discounted. Breakfast options were good with gluten free options available toostaff always happy to help. The hotel is within walking distance from cotton tree beach area. There are laundry facilities on top floor. The blue lighting edge to the building made it easy to find. Al's top tips Don't pay extra for a room with a balcony it over looks a building site, and it's not worth it. Take your own pillows as their are flat as pancakes. Parking at $20 a day is excessive and you can park in neighbouring streets after 6pm. Whilst in the area visit Maleny Botanical Gardens and Bird World and Australia ZooWe had a great day at both places, and for some fantastic views visit Montville you won't regret it.
