The hotel was close to the city center and everything needed when going to Copenhagen. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.

Pretty standard, but clean enough. The location is super convenient, right across from the Central Station and with a subway entrance directly below the hotel. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby too. Breakfast was decent, nothing amazing but not bad either.

My boss thought the breakfast was good. The environment is excellent. Will book again next time.

Hotel location is great, well maintained for hotel that’s has history, like the 100 years elevator . Only setback is didn’t top up drinking water . Breakfast spreads is also quite limited but overall is still very comfortable stays

Great hotel in city center adjacent to Copenhagen central railway station. Nice room and overall a great service. Breakfast was delicious. If you need to stay in a central location across Tivoli and within a short walking distance from the Walking Street then I can highly recommend staying at Copenhagen Plaza.

Interesting visit. The breakfast is amazing. Bread, cold cut are tasty. I am so lucky to be assigned at 4th floor with balcony. Although the room is small and the washroom is small too. I went out to see the firework held on around 10 pm from the opposite park. Seemed it was only for Saturday and Sunday. I have slept but woke up by that big noise. I shot many video and pictures at the balcony and have a great memory on it.

Everything is good. Location, room, staff. ***But the last day, I was given towel with dirty and smelly stain. So disappointed. 😣

Everything was good, nice vintage ambiance , only beds are too soft do not really comfortable.

Great great location, clean and nice and beautiful view if you stay at the top level. Staff are friendly and nice. We love this hotel as it just a few steps walking from central station. We have come back there again to stay more and will come back again

Room is very unique and the view was very nice if u have a room facing the Tivoli Garden. The 100 years old elevator is also very special. Location is also very convenient beside the central station with metro as another good get arpund option. However, if u are a light sleeper the sounds from the street may be a nuisance to u in the late night, but the hotel is also very thoughtful by giving i free earplugs. Haha Overall its a nice hotel to stay if it fits your travel budget

The location is perfect, just next to the central train station with extensive transport coverage including the airport. This is a hotel with history and class that other modern hotels can't match. The bar, the old elevator etc are simply a classic! Staff friendly and helpful too!

Sadly we had issues with our bathroom - leaking sink onto floor and beginnings of leak from bathroom above - which was reported daily and the room was very very tired. Hotel was advertised as recently refurbished rooms which is why it was selected and clearly these were not. Staff were friendly and apologetic but problem persisted for the whole week. Location adjacent to central train station was really helpful but train noise was obviously an issue as hotel placed ear plugs by the bed!
