Ulasan Copenhagen Island Hotel

Overall, a very nice hotel! The transportation is super convenient, really close to both the subway and train stations. We booked a harbor-facing room; it was very clean and tidy (though a bit small), with good ventilation and natural light, and the view was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was decent too.

Love this hotel so much!!! I visit here with my friend, and the place is so convenient! The hotel nears the tram and Metro, and also a mall and ikea just nearby. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Copenhagen!

Stayed at Copenhagen Island Hotel during my trip to Copenhagen. The hotel has a great waterfront location and the rooms are modern and comfortable. It’s also conveniently located near the train station and shopping area, making it easy to get around the city. However, one downside during my stay was that the tap water in the bathroom appeared yellowish. Because of this, I didn’t feel comfortable using the bathtub at all. Aside from that, the stay was generally fine and the location is definitely a plus.

The hotel's location is excellent, but the room was a bit small. On the day we checked in, we found the sink drain was clogged. We asked the front desk to tell engineering to fix it, but it was never properly resolved. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the taste was quite good.

Perfect hotel in my opinion. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Room was really nice, couldn’t hear any noise from outside or other rooms. I emailed them saying it was my girlfriend’s birthday and they left a note in the room and even put balloons up. Staff were helpful and they hold luggage. Would stay here again if I come back.

Really friendly staff and really good at handling dietary requirements, especially loved the separate allergy fridge at breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean cozy and had a nice city view with an IKEA vibe. The staff were warm and helpful and the location was great just a short walk to the shopping mall and easy to explore around. It felt peaceful and comfortable. I would love to stay here again.

Good location : though not at the city centre but just next to a shopping arcade with a very good food court providing a variety of quality choices. Room is a bit small but reasonably well-equipped

On the first day, due to a late flight (which I had informed the hotel about in advance), I arrived at 1:30 AM. It took me a while to find the hotel entrance. Once inside, I got my room card, but I had to go up and down to the front desk three times to find the correct room. The first time, the room number written looked like a 5 but was a 6. The second time, two people came out of the room because the front desk had given me the wrong number. It was only on the third attempt that the front desk provided the correct room number, allowing me to finally check in. It was quite an ordeal, but I guess good things come to those who wait. The hotel's first floor was undergoing minor renovations, but it didn't cause any inconvenience. The only downside was that the windows had very poor sound insulation; the traffic noise from the street was loud enough to wake me up.

The location is incredible and the hotel looks great and very modern, I recommend you book the room with the view to the lake. The only downside is you have to inconvenience yourself to ask for room service the day before you want it, and also ask for clean towels, although apparently they enter your room everyday and give you new mugs if you used the ones provided.

A simple clean convenient hotel, just next to a big shopping mall, supermarket available. The room and toilet are spacious. IKEA, intercity bus station and train station are just within walking distance.

The location of the hotel is good, and there’s a shopping mall next to it.

We had a pleasant stay there. I wouldn’t say that it was really valued for the price for a family of three, but it was okay.
