We had stayed 10N with Scandic hotel within northern EU trip, Norway, Finland was a good experience but Cophengen stayed is an unpleasant, counter checked in staff is not helpful, room is not clean when entered and was told that room cleaning must pre book?   Anyway location abt 10 mins walk from central station and breakfast is ok

No fridge but ok stay with waffles DIY station

Staff very friendly, great location but air conditioning didn’t work and after raising this, it wasn’t fixed. Very little amenities provided and refused to hold our baggage after checkout so a little disappointed

Room is big, a good view room ,breakfast so many variation and delicious,reception also nice and welcome,postif thing is we can storage our lugages before ceck in and after check out..

Location great, clean, kind stuff, great breakfast, everything was nice. Room was in a minimalistic Scandinavian style and had enough space for three of us and luggage. Gym and kids play ground are in the hotel. Luggage lockers are near kids play ground so you can leave your luggage 10/15 DKR per hour. On railway station price is 100 DKR for 24 hours only.

Perfect location, most things walkable but if not transport is easy to use and regular. Beautiful city. Ate in the hotel restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed our food. Manager was wonderful.

The location is close to Stroget , Tivoli etc. There's a nearby supermarket where you could get the best feel of what locals buy . The breakfast is good especially the butter ! Yummy!!👍👍👍

Small but sufficient. I do wish they had a steam iron and larger duvets, rather than 2 single duvets.

Nice hotel, well situated - within walking distance of city centre and train to airport.

The hotel is far from the Metro station need to walk by 15-20 mins and they do not provide free luggage storage service; instead, there is a charge of 15DKK per hour if you want to use their Luggage Locker . However, I was allocated a room with a beautiful river view, perfect for watching the sunset. The Hoel surround with shops and convenience stores nearby. The hotel has comprehensive facilities, including a gym and Sauna . The Worst thing is that the hotel does not provide complimentary toothpaste, toothbrushes, or slippers. Additionally, housekeeping services need to be booked online in advance, which they claim is for environmental reasons, but it might actually be to save costs. Rooms also do not have a refrigerator, so do not buy food that needs to be refrigerated or kept Cold to bring back to the hotel.

Location is good and close to tivoli garden and some restaurants. room is spacious. But they dont change sheets or clean bathroom, they just reset the room.

Overall a good hotel, rooms could do with small update, e.g new flooring in bedroom area, and walk in shower in the bathroom. Breakfast ok and hotel close to centre and Tivoli. We would stay again

very things are good, though no kettle there are hair dryer and iron. the hotel can offer daily room cleaning. the only drawback is for luggage storage, we have to pay the locker fee, and carry lugguage for one floor without lift

Good location. Breakfast Good but very busy with a lot of people. Small and very doft bed in room.
