Mudah diakses, dengan pemandangan yang bagus dan perkhidmatan yang baik. Bufet sarapan pagi yang sangat baik, walaupun mengambil kira sekatan wabak. Saya hanya menyesal kerana tidak dapat menggunakan jakuzi / sauna, yang ditutup kerana wabak.

Found an excelente deal for a 4 person family, for a room (usually most hotels only accept max people of 3). Indoor and outdoor pools. The whole family adored the morning breakfast, especially the pancakes. Loved the hot chocolate from the bar service in the afternoon. Staff keep to themselves, not very expressive group of people, but facilities and prices compensate. Near by cafés, shops, walking distance. Great parks to visit with the kids in Viseu.

Reserved a triple room for 2 nights. I have phoned previously to ensure we would have the best room possible, on a higher floor - even allowed a possible upgrade to have the best experience possible. Arrived at 9PM. No concierge, rough and plainer customer attendance. Made me pay in advance, even though my credit card number was sent as I’ve booked the room, so the hotel had all warranties needed. Placed us on the first floor, hock means they didn’t care about my previous phone call and expectations. As we arrived in the room, we realised it was very dated, furniture eas falling apart, cracks on the walls, etc. Beds, we and tb were ok, mini bar with a couple of bottles, court wins and other amenities too old. We asked to change the room, because of cracks and so. They changed us to a double room with an extra bed which was actually better than the previous one(!). Overall very dated The rest of the. Hotel is ok. Good breakfast, great location, nice service. Fair SPA (it was nice actually, but every one could get is, specifically kids - why do they call it a SPA if it’s only an indoor pool?) In a nutshell: it’s not bad, pretty clean and fair. Should be cheaper - value for money is not ok - and definitely NOT a 5 star. An average 4 star, at most

Clean hotel with spacious rooms. Nice pools. Good variety of breakfast. Most of the staff were friendly, though a welcoming smile from some of the restaurant staff would go a long way.

Staff profissional. Ambiente super aconchegante, limpo e reservado. O jantar, para hotel de 5 estrelas deixa a desejar. Tivemos que chamar um empregado para nos atender à entrada da sala, tivemos que pedir o menu porque tardava a entrega. O risotto estava bom mas parecia um arroz de marisco e não risotto. E as sobremesas fracas. Mousse de chocalate já passada e um leite de creme frio, aquecido por cima. Para 5 estrelas precisam de melhorar alguns pormenores.

Para um hotel de 5 estrelas deixou muito a desejar. Sou clientes de alguns anos seguidos, em que gostava muito do hotel e da sua qualidade e desde a pandemia que não o visitava. Decidi nesta Páscoa voltar com a família e fiquei desiludida. Pequeno almoço muito a baixo para um hotel de 5 estrelas, até já fui para outras cadeias hotelereiras de 4 estrelas bastante melhores. Pequeno almoço com pouca variedade e a qualidade deixou muito a desejar, ainda faltava mais de 30min para o fecho, quando ainda estava a chegar muita gente e não reponham nada e estava, quase tudo praticamente vazio. Pedi no bar do hotel uma baguete de atum e o pão parecia que tinha dias, não deviam apresentar aquilo a um cliente. O almoço de Páscoa também deixou muito a desejar, a qualidade das refeições não é a mesma, é fraquinha para o valor pedido. Quiseram renovar o hotel e perderam outras qualidades de serviço muito importantes para a sua pontuação. Bastante desiludida, por um hotel que tanto gostava de ir, numa cidade incrivel. Dificilmente voltarei.
