Hotel berhampiran Kleo's Cocktail Bar & Night Club, Coral Bay

Not a 5 star hotel, 3 star would be fair. Rooms and corridors are dated and in need of refurbishment. Bathrooms were good. The built in wardrobes are old and the door came off in one of our rooms. We paid a lot of money to stay here and was frustrating our mini fridge was not replenished and we had to pay extra for this. Just water and soft drinks was what we wanted but no. Every other all inclusive our fridge has been stocked with soft drinks and beer. On arrival we checked in and got given our keys and that was that. There was no explanation as to where we eat, what other restaurants we could book into, entertainment, activities, snacks etc. Every other hotel we have had a 10/15 minute welcome talk and a drink. Not here! We booked as we were told it had a sports bar but there isn’t one. They put a screen up for one football game. We were also told there was a night club but there wasn’t. The entertainment, if you can call it that, was awful and nothing more than a bit of music on the patio. We did see that there was a small amphitheater but that wasn’t open again a shame as we book all inclusives for this. The hotel is also a wedding venue and priority gets given to the wedding so we felt very second fiddle. Not only was a chunk of hotel used for this but more importantly all the staff were too so the service for us guests was painfully slow. I even said something to one of the barmen and he asked me if I had seen Fawlty Towers!! Then the beach it was dirty and far from impressive of only the hotel took care of it like the neighbouring hotel. On our first day there it was lined with numerous bin liners. With 5 kids the entertainment was important to us but that was a let down then the water sports was also. Half of the activities were not in operation. The main boat was being refurbished we were told - maybe do that in the quiet time or when the hotel is closed…. We had a lovely holiday nevertheless but had to make our own fun. There are local activities close such as water park and boat trips and beaches nearby which do offer water sports. We would not return and left feeling slightly ripped off

Arrived late on a jet2 flight .. met by a friendly member of staff . Unfortunately bar and restaurant closed . We ordered a cold meat and cheese platter and bottle of wine ( could order beer . Sea view booked Room was excellent and well appointed couldn’t see the view as it was dark The view in the morning was breathtaking ( one of the best views ever) . Sun sets even better To say this hotel is only 3 star it is under rated by the tourist board . . Breakfast very good ( cereal / and juice not branded ) Pool and pool bar , sun lounges very good . The Staff at this hotel are all over customer service.. Kertisy, Robert and Nicholas . A special mention to Kertisy she is a real asset to this hotel . Thank you for a memorable holiday

Fabulous afternoon tea served in beautiful surroundings by very friendly and attentive staff. This was a lovely treat and the variety of sweet and savoury elements was exeensuve. Everything tasted wonderful! Highly recommended by three of us. We'll definitely return soon - such great value too, brought lots home in their takeaway boxes!

Pobyt w tym hotelu to miłe spędzony czas,bardzo czysto, fajny basen,śniadanka bardzo dobre i urozmaicone. Obsługa bardzo pomocna. Blisko do morza nie ma gonitwy za leżakami. Super

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Minthis Resort in Paphos. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the serene spa experience to the delicious food and impeccable service. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and a great start to our days. Our room was not only beautiful and comfortable but also came with lovely surprises—there were fresh flowers and a cake waiting for us, making our stay even more magical and memorable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our visit was perfect, and we felt truly pampered throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable escape!

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The staff were super friendly and hospitable. The pool was amazing. Self serve drinks were ideal. The cocktails included in the all inclusive were great. Some people had upgraded so they could have branded spirits and bottled beers. But the local stuff was absolutely fine. Be careful on the spirit measures. The standard in Cyprus is 45ml compared to a 25ml single measure in the UK. The snacks availability by the pool were delicious too. We didn't end up eating in the restaurant at lunch because the quality of food in the snack area by the pool was so good. We did eat at all the individual cuisine restaurants (Italian, Lebanese, Greek and Japanese) on site. Fabulous food. Again, the staff were very attentive. My partner has a nut allergy and they were very accommodating and reassuring. Would definitely go back.

So first night in the hotel  we asked for sea view and we got a view of a roof so we couldn't unpack our case the first night not something u want gone midnight, then the second day we had to hang about couldn't do nothing as we had to wait for reception to ring me for someone to check out and a room to be ready with a sea view that ended up been gone dinner time ish I think maybe later, there is not enough space in the pool for the amount of people there, the pool is really dirty aswell, the hotel needs to be letting u no when there is weddings going on it was hard to get sun beds as the full duration we was there there was a few family's there because of weddings there took over the hotel and sun beds aswell, obvs then u have family's with kids, ridiculous just not enough space even in the food area, morning, dinner and night was so hard to get a seat was unreal, and the worse part of it all the cleaners left our door open after cleaning it, the hotel didn't seem bothard at all they also left the master card in our room so if we really wanted to we could of gone into anyone's room, we was pissed off all the way from start to finish, ( DO NOT COME HERE)
