My spouse and I decided to stay here as a little getaway on a Saturday night. I wish we hadn’t mainly because of the awful experience that we had at breakfast. We arrived in the lobby 25 minutes before the breakfast buffet closed, and the food was nearly gone. There was no fruit, no waffle batter and only one egg omelette to microwave. We had trouble getting the staff out from behind the work area, and when the woman did come out (with name tag “Mama”) she said that they were closing in 20 minutes and there was no reason to bring out more food. I explained that we had paid for our room and would like to have breakfast. She said if she opened up another strawberry syrup, she would have to throw the entire bag away. She finally begrudgingly brought out some food for us to eat, but by the time she did so she was completely closing the breakfast area so we could not get syrup, salt or pepper, etc. She was extremely rude. I do not expect this from a Hilton property. I travel a lot and usually choose Hilton properties – I am a diamond member and usually have much better service. I have tried multiple times to call to the management staff but every time I call they are “not available.” This is the only thing I can think to do is leave this review warning others so that they will be aware before spending their money or time going to this property. Go somewhere else!!!
