Worn down especially in the bathroom. But location is amazing and staff are very warm/ friendly and helpful. Right opposite the clock tower. Can be noisy with the crowd outside the Main Street.

We chose this hotel because it was in the middle of the main tourist area, right across the street from the Mezquita. It was very convenient for sight seeing, but there were some down sides. I booked a balcony room with a view. The room was only on the first floor, overlooking the street and the "balcony" was merely a wide step enclosed with wrought iron for safety, which we were to discover is par for the course for Spanish balconies - not enough room to put a chair there and sit. Our room directly looked at the wall of the Mezquita, which was no view at all! The other problem overlooking the street was that it was extremely noisy. We had double balcony doors, but they didn't seal properly and the noise came through anyway. The 2 am garbage collections were particularly disturbing, though of course the hotel had no say about that. Also being next door to Burger King the young ones would sit on the step beside the Mesquita wall and eat their food there, making even more noise. The room was bright and airy and the beds were comfortable. There was a fridge as advertised, but no kettle in our room so we could brew tea there. To be fair, there were coffee making facilities in the foyer downstairs, but we didn't use them. Breakfast was extremely basic and very poor value for money. It was mostly continental with meats and cheeses etc. and a warming dish with pre-cooked fried eggs and bacon which weren't very palatable. They have a "rooftop bar" but they don't serve drinks up there: you have to order them from the desk and they bring them to you. When we got the bill for them later, we thought they were too expensive, given that we'd had lots of glasses of wine in other bars for a lot less. If we were to go to Cordoba again I think we'd stay somewhere else.

The biggest draw here is the location directly across from the Mezquita and steps away from one of the entrances. As such you are in the middle of the tourist area for good (walking distance to so many things) and bad (noisy if you are on the front of the hotel. We paid extra for a room overlooking the Mezquita and the two Juliet balconies were well worth it. There is also a terrace on the roof which provides a view as well. The glasses-in bathroom offered a hint at privacy, some more efficient curtains would help. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

There is no parking at the hotel or near it. There is some construction around the main area which makes entering the parking so you have to park in the furthest parking lot. Lots of walking with luggage on stone streets. Staff is great, hotel is great, super clean, comfy great spaces. Bathroom is right there and there is little privacy. The air on never really worked on our room and it was pretty hot.

Good location in Cordoba right opposite the alcazar. Our room was large enough and comfortable enough. We didn’t find it noisy despite its central location, but I understand why others might. The bathroom is partitioned by a glass wall, which my wife and I quite liked, but the teenagers weren’t so happy. Breakfast is in the small area by reception and was adequate. Parking is 10 minutes walk away, although we noticed a slightly closer one.

Good value for the price it is situated in the middle of the city center.Breakfast was decent enough. Free parking just 10 min walk. Nice restaurants around. Staff where very helpful, very polite. Definitely I would comeback again to this little gem.

We are a mature couple travelling around Spain and from the UK. The positives. The best of locations right in the old centre opposite the Mezquita. Modern hotel, good facilities, tv/shower (but no kettle). friendly staff. Adequate (just) buffet breakfast. The negatives. There is a grid/drain that smells awful in the tiny breakfast room that permeates the hotel including our first floor bedroom (103). Reception try to mask it with air spray or leaving front door open. The hotel rooms are over a Burger King that stays open past 1.a.m. So there is a lot of noise as passersby sit, yell, shout etc. until late evening. (Bins are emptied around 12.30 a.m. but that is the same for everyone). Not much space in room, one draw and 3 wall hangers so expect to live out of your case. Summary, brilliant location, good facilities but dreadful smell and a lot of noise. You make your choice.

The bathroom was modern. Very close to the Basilica.
