Arc House Cordoba

Very basic lodging what I didn't like was the construction outside my window and 8am and that I had to check in the other Arc hotel 6 min walk away. The courtyard was nice but I wish they didn't have the automatic lights or at least the light switch for those who what'd to be outside after dark. Service was nice and they hold your bags. Overall not bad and not the worst.

We loved everything about it! Great location, staff, and convenience.

Très très bien situé dans le centre ville de Cordoba tout est faisable à pied, confortable et calme.... Très belle expérience

Muy malo el servicio telefónico de apoyo al huésped. No cuentan con recepción hay que ir a otro sitio a hacer el check in. Esto deberían avisarlo antes de llegar al hotel , porque yo venía cansada de un viaje largo. Los que me atendieron por teléfono poco amables excepto el primero .

Excelente hostel en Cordoba. En el medio de la ciudad vieja. Muy lindo y tranquilo. Las instalaciones muy buenas, la atención excelente y el check in (en otro edificio cercano) muy rápido. Volveremos pronto! Gracias

Me and my partner spent one night here and we found the place very nice! Perfect to spend few days in this beautiful city. Very clean and well located. We really liked the terrace too. Good value for the price 🙂

We stayed in a private room at the Arc House and had a pleasant experience. The hostel was clean and conveniently located in the city centre, great for exploring Cordoba at a very reasonable price. There could have been better communication by the hostel prior to our arrival, as we were unaware that there was no reception at the hostel, and keys must be collected at their other location in the city (a short walk, but it was 36C when we arrived!). This info was detailed on the ********** website under the special instructions section, but it would have been useful to receive these instructions via email prior to arriving.

First, they were trying to charge our card before check-in, which was not the way all our other reservations were handled. Second, after we walked from the place to check-in to our hostel the room the gave us was unsuitable. You could smell the mold and mildew and the vents of the ac were black and very dusty. After changing the room to stay one night thank goodness, was dreary and almost felt like a cell. I have traveled the world and stayed in hostels before, so this was not my first go. The shower was a hand held devise and the bed covers looked very old. I would not advertise this place as a hotel at all.
