It was nice and clean

很普通的汽車旅館，設備比較陳舊，有種90年代國內招待所的感覺……離公路也比較近，有一定噪音影響……床很大，但是太軟了，睡得腰疼，門鎖還有點壞了，如果不是正好路過，可能不會再選擇

這家店有點偏，唯一好處是離機場近，空調壞的，冷熱水控制不住，價格不便宜，房間很小。

room was nothing like what the site shows . The whole room needs renovated carpet on floor was all dirty and stained room smelt of bleach would not recommend 2 anyone. Worst motel experience ever horrible very disappointed first and last time ever

Starting to really show it's age and is in need of maintenance in appearance and basic facilities. BUT it has positives if you don't expect too much for the price. Negatives (example): Basin tap not fastened down at all, shower head sprayed water everywhere and also a steady stream downpour, plates, cutlery, microwave provided but spoons and a knife only, no forks, no soap. Positives: Split system air con new and worked well, linen and towels appeared clean and spotless and The Corio is a quick easy drive to a major shopping centre just up the road with great shopping choices. Fair price, good location to explore from but certainly average in looks and room condition. But the main bonus for me was very close and an easy ride down to the departure dock of the Spirit Of Tasmania boat to Tassie. Also I had a day to head off to look around down South along The Great Ocean Road so good value.

This is the worst motel we have ever stayed in. The room bore no resemblance to the images on the website. Carpet dirty and stained. Smoke alarm disconnected. Paint chipped. Bench tops damaged. Security chain on door disconnected. The only saving grace - the bed was comfortable

Watch this Company with a lot of caution. I booked a ground floor room for February 2024 (overnight only), and paid for it. When the confirmation email came through, the room booked is upstairs. I rang and was told that NO downstairs rooms are available by a very uncooperative person, which is not satisfactory due to my medical condition. Now I have been advised that no refund is applicable. Do NOT use Wotif to book on this motel, and look carefully at the other reviews given for condition and unhealthy room condition.

A very old, tired motel that desperately needs updating. Not patching up. Horrible shower room with no hand basin. The shower was good and hot. Only a thin comforter on the bed ( it was a cold night) and only one extra blanket in what looked to be a family room). Beds weren't too bad but the pillows were hard. Couldn't wait to get out of the place.

The most dirtiest place ever. I rather sleep in my car. Curtains black, furniture ripped. Room smell of dampness, bath has black mould. The management of the motel are absolutely useless, arrogant and liars. When you raise an issue they ignore it with absolute distain. Management do NOT return any calls whatsoever. I recommend you go to Rippleside Park Motor Inn extremely clean and homely. But most importantly it's close to the Spirit of Tasmania. The people who are managing the establishment says alot. 🙄

If I could rate this Motel lower than a 1 I would. The motel is filthy, mouldy, needing serious repairs, not as advertised, rodents scratching inside the ceiling and actually really scary as there were constant loud and violent fights in other rooms as well as illegal activities. After a dreadful night in this accommodation we packed our stuff and left as quickly as possible losing the $180 we paid for the second night. I would never ever stay here again and highly discourage others from doing so.

Our stay here was great!!. Rooms are lovely,spacious and very clean. Hotel is central to shops and restaurants. Owners were absolutely very accommodating to our needs and are so kind,inviting and friendly. Nothing we asked or requested was ever an issue and they were always willing to help us. The cleaners do a great job and are also lovely people. We will stay here again, and also be recommend this great hotel to family and friends. Great price, quiet atmosphere.

The only thing positive about this motel was its location. We were travelling to Tassie on the Spirit and it was only a 10 minute drive to the terminal. We did stay in the small upstairs room so did not have high expectations but even those low expectations were nowhere near met. The room was dirty and in need of repair. The furniture was in a sad state and curtains/blind dirty. Do not believe the photos (one should never do so), the room was nothing like it. The web page states a small continental breakfast is available for all rooms. Not so. I queried reception about its availability and received a blank look. Never again.
