They’re not attentive to the guest request, I stay to the hotel for 5days and 4 nights. They’re welcoming but when you’re already check in they didn’t care what you requested.

For such a big resort, some details could be better. Especially the breakfast. Room cleaning is on demand and not perfect. Rest is ok.

Booked this last minute due to a flight cancellation and it was amazing!

A great hotel with beautiful pool and bar area. We had a band and fire throwers the first night there.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for three nights. Our arrival experience was very welcoming. The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. However, we found the pool to be a bit dirty during our stay, so we didn’t try it. Over all we enjoyed our stay and we really liked the vibes in the evening in the restaurant the live bands are really good singers.

Stayed here due to lack of options frankly when booking a hotel for Coron. It obviously fancies itself as a nice resort but it's slightly on the tacky side. To be clear, the staff are very nice and check in was smooth. The pool area resembles that of a slightly tacky European resort and isn't as fancy as it wants to be. The breakfast was lacking and pretty basic. The room is nice and clean. The resort is a bit far out of the town but that's not a bad thing. A tricycle is 40 pesos per person. The hotel transfer from the airport was more expensive than hotels which are closer to the town and so further from the airport! Overall it's fine but we stayed in another hotel in Coron after this one and preferred that one. I probably wouldn't stay here again. It's certainly not bad but not superb for the price.

The transportation company sponsored by the resort from airport to resort was BAD - book airport transportation to resort once you land and not with resort sponsored company. There is a Starbucks coffee on property, limited menu. Staff does not make the stay experience more enjoyable. The breakfast is average at best - Somewhat boring and limited selection. No bacon, poor sausage taste, no cheese or sliced meats as an option like so many other resorts/hotels. Coffee is super basic. Main dishes are limited. Resort pool is nothing unique and boring. Pool waitstaff not friendly. The food prices are over priced for how basic the food is. The pool chairs are nice. There are no resort activities, especially for little kids.

Overall, I would probably not recommend to stay here. Good things first: - location is Ok, 10-15 min tuktuk ride from the city center - rooms and resort itself were generally clean and you felt comfortable in the room - the non-client interacting staff was super nice (drivers, housekeepers, etc.) Now the bad experiences we have made: - upon arrival we were “greeted” by a very unfriendly lady at the reception - we did not get the room that was indicated in the booking confirmation (2nd/3rd floor was promised, we got a ground floor) - room was supposed to have a hair dryer. It did not and joint asking for it the reception/front desk staff was extremely unfriendly and really 0 interested in providing help or a solution - the unfriendly atmosphere continued when having lunch at the pool. Staff was completely unorganized, but worst of all: in the end the staff tried to blame us for it (we had several attempts of ordering lunch (sandwich, pizza,..) and with every meal we ordered they came back 10 minutes later saying they ran out. With the pizza, they realized 35 minutes after the order that they ran out. After 2 hours, I received a Cesar’s salad) Mistakes can happen and New Years might be a busy time, but even in these situations - it’s all about how you deal with it and the staff of this hotel dealt with it in a completely unacceptable way.

Love the room!! BUT there are quite alot of bugs in the pool 😭 The bed was my favourite part so big and comfy!!! The food at the restaurant was okay but amazing drinks at the bar! Location is a bit far away from town 8 mins time but the mini trip of the tricycle is very nice. Super worth trying to come here for your anniversary or a family trip! Coming next time!!!

Hotel is clean & in a good location. Recommended for a 1-2 nights stay.
