Hotel berhampiran Express, Corona

Let me say the location is in a good area, not to far from Glen Ivy so it was nice, however the service there was beyond poor. We arrive well after check in, 5pm. to be exact. Upon checking in, they advised they needed an extra 15 mins to finish up, which was ok by me. They also advised they would have all the necessary things I needed such as the bedding for the pull out couch since we had 5 people in the suite, extra towels (since 2 would not cut it for 5 people). I understood since everyone is trying to work with what staff they have due to the shortage. I left to go grab a bite with my group, we were gone a little over and hour and still nothing from the hotel, finally it's ready. We go get the keys after a long day and the room is nice spacious and what we could tell clean. We all need a shower from our long day so we see only a few towels, we call the front desk, no answer. We call housekeeping, now answer. I tried for over 10 mins. I called from my cell to the main hotel number and Is got thru. I asked if they could bring 5 more towels up and the person (male) at the front desk rudely said ”oh you can come get them down here”. I said since we just got into our room and waited over 3 hours to get in, please bring them up. We all waited about 30 mins, we understand it wasn't going to be instant but in a reasonable amount of time, and still nothing. We finally had to go down stairs to get them and when asked if we can have the towels (2 of the ladies in our group) the man at the front desk again was rude to them and said “here”. Now I know customers service is hectic and can be stressful, however the hotel needs to put that happy face on and show some respect and consideration after all I didn’t request any thing more than my room when I was told 3 hours later my room wasn’t ready. Now here comes the kicker, we are all ready for bed after our showers, we look for the bedding for the pull and yet again the wonderful staff didn't leave in the room. I had enough, I went down stairs to discuss with the staff and found out the gentleman’s name (Kolby, Colby, Colbey) is the rude person at the front desk and on the phone and the lady was apologetic. However, this is just to much for me to deal with when you go away from the hectic days of everyday life. I hope you all see this post and make yourself aware of the hotel and I certainly wrote to the manager and corporate.

Sangat bersih dan selesa. Bilik berat dan kolam ditutup kerana COVID, maka 4 bintang di Fasiliti. Jika tidak, cukup gembira dengan penginapan satu malam saya.

The stay in itself was good, only issue was Saturday morning when we went to breakfast we had an issue with the waffle battery. While someone was using one of the spouts we tried using the other and it would not come out. Once the other spout was no longer in use the one we were using fell off and splattered the waffle mix all over my clothes. After grabbing the attendant they removed the batter mix. It would have been great if there were a washer and dryer to have cleaned my clothes after the incident

During my four-day stay, breakfast was not fully stocked, I didn't receive housekeeping, and I was told they did not have clean towels for two days straight. Initially, I assumed it was terrible timing. I travel a lot, and due to Covid-19, many hotels are understaffed and delayed shipment of their usual products. However, when I voiced my concern about housekeeping, the front desk staff told me that I only paid $95 per night to reserve the room despite the service being included. Based on his statement, he felt I wasn't entitled to the same services as other guests because I reserved my room at a lower rate. In addition, I am still wondering if my skin color played a role in the reason he chose to look at my billing statement instead of trying to address my concerns as a guest. His statement was inappropriate. I am still a paying guest and deserve to be treated as such. I will never return. 

Nice and clean hotel. Have stayed several times and always to meet my expectation.

We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times since it was built and opened for business a few years ago. We have not returned for more than a year. Recently we chose this hotel while we were in the area. To our VERY PLEASANT SURPRISE--- this place is still IMMACULATE, so clean, so well maintained, still shining with splendor as if it was just opened yesterday. WOW--Bravo to the GM and Management Team, Operations Team, Maintenance Engineering and especially to the hard working housekeeping team. Thank you so much for keeping the place so clean, sanitizing stations everywhere, front desk clerks wearing masks and serving morning coffee with new clean gloves after each guest --especially in this pandemic environment--- this is SO VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!!! Definitely will recommend and be back!!! Keep up the GREAT HOSPITALITY TEAMS and know that YOU ARE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!!

Great hotel, yummy breakfast, air conditioning problems and bed not as comfy as usual but but this is a great stop overnight

很喜歡酒店裝修和氛圍。走廊裏掛滿酒店創始人及酒店相關的歷史照片。房間大，停車也方便。是奇諾不多的酒店選擇裏很好的一個。不過，設施雖好，要注意奇諾的酒店都在高速公路邊，對類似我這樣睡眠不好的旅客，選擇要慎重……

這個品牌的連鎖店都很滿意，住過不同地方，價格適中，設施新又乾淨

Ini adalah penginapan yang bagus, meja depan membuat daftar masuk dengan mudah dan mereka sangat bagus dan menampung bilik itu bersih dan mempunyai semua yang saya perlukan untuk penginapan saya, saya akan mengesyorkan hotel ini dan tinggal di sini lagi
