El hotel es nuevo y el personal se esfuerza por dar un buen servicio. Camas cómodas y habitaciones aisladas. Viajamos con persona en silla de ruedas y el hotel está totalmente adaptado. El hotel está en un polígono y no hay nada cerca. No ofrecen comidas salvo unos bocadillos. Este es un tema en el que deben mejorar. En el baño también deberían poner algo más de luz . En general una estancia agradable para pasar un día de tránsito.

Hotel con habitaciones amplias i comodas, totalmente nuevo. Dispone de desayunos con un horario amplio de 8 a 11 i servicio de cenas . Comida muy buena i atencion del personal excelente,muy atentos i con una sonrisa en la boca,sobretodo vladimir. Dispone de parking gratuito ,junto al hotel se situa un burguer king o una pizzeria carlos para comer tambien.

Remote urban hotel in northern Madrid. Staff not helpful, did not appear to be happy dealing with customers, like they were an inconvenience. No kettle in room as they have a coffee shop which is never open. Internal noise from other rooms was a problem, sound proofing is terrible. Also bin lorry comes around midnight, right outside our window.

Being a full-time traveler who has visited more than 200 countries and territories over the last 14 years I have stayed in countless hotels around the world.
Occasionally, my brother, who has epilepsy, joins me when there’s no one else to look after him. During these trips, there have been challenging moments when he had seizures. Typically, hotel staff assist by calling paramedics, but the staff at Hotel Chamartin the One have been exceptional.
Special mention to receptionist Lara and her manager Oscar who personally checked on us in our room, brought us water, and even provided medicine for the wound my brother sustained from a fall during a seizure. Both of them were simply amazing.
THANK once again Lara and Oscar. This hotel will undoubtedly be my first choice if visit Madrid again

We were greeted by very nice staff upon entry to the Hotel. We had a room with two single beds which were very comfy and the room itself was very spacious with ample closet space too. The bath area was nice but not ideal - It was not a separate room but a part of the room that was sectioned off using see through walls. Nice design but not want you want for the bathroom area. The wifi connection from my room was not the greatest, I had to use my mobile data most of the time. There was no breakfast included with our stay but instead they had a separate restaurant with different opening times throughout the day. The hotel was located near a Lidl and other shops so our breakfast arrangements were sorted. There are plenty of bus stops nearby and it is roughly a 20min walk from the station which was not so bad for me. I’d give this rating a 3.5/5 if possible

Estuvimos una noche ya q fuimos q l warner y l verdad q fue una acertada elección. Habitación muy amplia súper limpia,reformada y súper bonita xa los niños tematizada como un castillo.. les chiflo!!! El baño amplio,limpio y un plato de ducha enorme. El personal súper amable y nos dejamos un juguete del niño y nos le guardaron hasta q pudimos volver a x el. El tema café y cacao gratuito la verdad q un punto a su favor se agradece. Sin duda volveremos y muy recomendable si vas a la Werner ya q está a 10 minutos en coche. Única pega parking completo cuando llegamos xo tb eran las 12 d la noche xo no hubo problema en aparcar cerca.

Location is great just a few minutes from Las Rozas Shopping Village, 25mins from the airport and only 20mins from the city of Madrid. Check in was smooth and I was helped by a lovely guy on reception. I didnt engage with many staff at this hotel but those I did were all friendly and polite. Guest room was on the first floor, shower was powerful although temperature of the water kept changing. Amenities are very basic, just shower gel and shampoo. You get 2 bottles of water that I found in the mini fridge. Bed was comfy and WiFi was pretty good but did buffer during busy times of day. Breakfast was a very simple affair. Few very greasy fried eggs and bacon or frittata under a heat lamp, then just cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereal and pastries. Plenty of coffee and juice. Negatives of the hotel.. 1. It was very noisy. Sound travels easily in this hotel. I could hear slamming doors, people walking about above my room, water pipes, even people coughing in other rooms, not ideal for light sleepers. 2. I had a do not disturb sign on my door but house keeping ignored this and came in while I was out to clean the room anyway. 3. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. 4. No plugs by the bedside.

Es una buena opción a muy buen precio. No tiene nada especial, pero cubre la necesidades de un alojamiento de paso en el que descansar: amplio, cómodo y silencioso. El baño era bastante nuevo y muy amplio. El servicio correcto. Tiene parking incluido en el precio (aunque hay bastante aparcamiento gratuito en la zona) y ofrecen desayunos (cajitas que te suben a la habitación). Una buena opción en la zona.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel looks FANTASTIC. It’s a designer’s dream. The location is perfect. However, for a 4-star hotel and at that price (high for Alcalá) I was expecting some slippers, more choice of pillows and tea-coffee facilities inside the room. For a tea, I had to go to the bar next door and carry my boiling tea all the way to my room. Also, the mattress is HORRIBLE. I had a horrible night because it was so hard. I would invest in new mattresses. There wasn’t any extra duvet in the room either.
I would return to try the Spa and if they change this basic things (tea boiler and mattresses), I would consider staying again since the place is so gorgeous.

Si pagas 40 eur por una noche de hotel y el hotel esta limpio, confortable etc etc sera muy buen hotel por su precio.Pero en este caso 112 eur solo por dormir es carisimo teniendo en cuenta, habitacion ruidosa,muebles muy muy basicos rozando cutres,algo anticuado.... Para mi ofrece muy poco para el precio que tiene. si tuviera un precio mucho mas inferior puede ser a tener en cuenta. Si buscas algo y necesitas en esa zona, no buscas hoteles nuevos, ni de nivel y a un precio bueno puede valerte. sino no lo recomiendo, (las fotos da impresion de mas moderno y nuevo de lo que es).

PPengguna TetamuInexpensive alternative to Madrid yet very close. We stayed overnight and called ahead to get a room on higher floor. It was comfortable and clean. There is a mall close by too. The on site restaurant stays open late per Madrids cool nights. The breakfast has cheeses, types of coffee, jamón and breads, croissants but no eggs. Oatmeal and yoghurt is available w fresh juices. A great value really!

PPengguna TetamuA calidad precio es imbatible, aparte está concertado con el parque warner y puedes adquirir entradas + hotel Está algo alejado del centro de Madrid ,unos 25 minutos en coche , pero por lo demás todo son ventajas , problemas con el aparcamiento ninguno,aparte si querés aparcar en el parking del hotel ,son 5 euros las 24 horas , pero fuera no e tenido ningún problema en los 4 días que e estado,y como es un polígono ,hay sitio de sobra,sin zona azul ni historias El desayuno,aunque cortito a lo que uno está acostumbrado de lo que hay en un hotel, tiene todo lo básico ,croassans, Sandwich, 4 tipos de chacina incluyendo jamón ,tortilla de patata , un día hubo churros ,cafeteras de estas que hacen varias cosas....chocolate , latte machiato ,café solo, ........ 4 variedades de zumos ,para mí el mejor es el de mango En la recepción son simpáticos ,y te ayudan en todo que te haga falta siempre con una sonrisa La limpieza para mí a sido impecable , ningún problema,de los 4 días que hemos estado ,todo reluciente cuando volvíamos,y eso que la habitación era de moqueta y yo iba con niños ,y la dejaban perfecta Si estás pensando en venir aquí, no lo pienses más no te vas arrepentir,yo si vuelvo a Madrid ,sin duda será mi sitio

GGema Grau BoladoSituado en un polígono industrial de Torrejón pero con habitaciones y servicios de un 4 estrellas pero mucho más barato que en Madrid u otras zonas circundantes. Si se dispone de coche es una buena opción en especial si se precisan varias habitaciones como es nuestro caso.

PPengguna TetamuEstuve en este hotel hace unos 6 años y estaba mucho mejor de lo que ahora me he encontrado, sigue siendo buen hotel pero está sin reformar, tiene desperfectos en las paredes, y los muebles en el interior de las habitaciones anticuados en general, pero las camas y colchones perfectos, la cama supletoria no es un sofa-cama, es una cama con su colchón en la que se duerme muy bien, armario mueble abierto y sin luz, pero en general está bien.

PPengguna TetamuRead before deciding to stay here So arriving in madrid I wanted to use public transport to get to this hotel however the nearest station to this hotel is la granja no one has ever heard of this train station and didn’t know which line I had to take I took the train from the airport and went to atocha which seems to be the main train station for all lines then no one knew where I had to go I ended up getting a taxi which cost me €40 arrived at the hotel which for a budget hotel is good enough I paid £62 through ba holidays which Inc breakfast the room was okish had twin beds there’s a telly the air con I couldn’t work it out seemed to blow warm air!!! Bathroom was a good size however the shower was terrible hot water but the pressure was awful there’s dove amenities avail in the bathroom which was nice the fact we came here and the heat was really hot I could of done with cold air as the room was quite stuffy !! The hotel location if u don’t have a car is Terrible and not much to do if u want to eat there is a tapas restaurant at the ibis hotel which is across the road but that was really expensive so stopped there for a few drinks also get complimentary olives and nuts which was nice there is a food outlet over the motorway called heron diversia but u have to get a cab there cost €7 there wasn’t much in food wise there which I found really disappointing no tapas!!! Ended up at Tgi Friday which wasn’t anything to rate about either The breakfast at the hotel was simple wasn’t anything to sing and dance about personally wish I stayed in central madrid tbh but I was only here for 1 night!!!

En principio se denominan ellos mismos un 3 estrellas superior, que de superior tiene las escaleras de cristal y la puerta giratoria nada mas. Pongo ésta reseña aquí ya que veo que los propietarios se toman su tiempo en contestar y me gustaría ver su respuesta a mi estancia. Reservo una habitación cuádruple 4 días y 3 noches para mi mujer, mis dos niñas adolescentes, nuestro bebé y yo. En principio todo por las fotos y por las llamadas que realizé a la hora de reservar la estancia parecía genial y escogimos éste hotel por la cercanía a puntos de nuestro interés de nuestras vacaciones. Quiero deciros que nos habéis amargado casi toda la estancia allí. A la hora de entrar por primera vez a la habitación nos encontramos con un olor a cerrado y a humedad insoportable y todo lleno de polvo lleno de suciedad pero a tal extremo de ir a la farmacia a comprar pastillas para la alergia a los ácaros y al polvo. La habitación parece la de una prisión tercermundista, los colchones de unos muelles de los que se hacían hace 40 años que los compras por 10 euros en un rastro. No me podían poner una cuna por la razón de que NO CABÍA!!!!! Imaginaros ya de por sí, si no cabe una minicuna, como pueden vender una habitación denominada CUÁDRUPLE cuando no tienes sitio ni para abrir las maletas???Cuando entramos lo primero que hago como cualquier persona creo yo es encender la climatizacion, solo con tocar un boton se desmonto entero de la pared como podéis apreciar en las fotos adheridas a esta reseña. Lo intento poner bien y logro encajarlo a su sitio, solo te deja bajar hasta 18 grados, pero aunque te lo ponga en la pantalla echa aire a la temperatura que le de la gana al hotel por la rejilla que mas que aire lo que hace es que te llena la habitación de mas polvo del que ya tenia por si. Lo mas gracioso por llamarlo de alguna manera es que quise llamar a recepcion pero el telefono que habia en una mesa llena de mugre tenia el cable cortado pero lo dejan ahi de recuerdo digo yo vamos pero bueno, bajo yo mismo a la recepción a comunicarle que no entendia el funcionamiento de la caja fuerte y la respuesya de la recepcionista es que me mandaba a alguien de mantenimiento a la habitacion para que pudiesen hecharle un vistazo, cuando viene el hombre con cara de molesto por haberlo llamado me dice ami mismo que meta la tarjeta, cosa que vuelvo a hacer y le muestro que no funcionan a lo que me responde que efectivamente estaba rota y el no podia ni sabia arreglarla y sin más se fue y adiós. Ya que no tenia caja de seguridad y no me quedaba tranquilo dejando las cosas en la hacitacion sin seguridad tube que buscar a una limpiadora para pedirle un cartel de no entrar a la hacitacion a ”limpiarla” porque ni eso teniamos en el pomo de la puerya como cualquier otro hotel, y pedir que no entren en los dias que estemos alojados nadie ajeno a nosotros, iendo nosotros mismos a por toallas limpias a la recepción. PPengguna TetamuAn easy to access hotel with onsite parking in Arcos de la Frontera. What more could one want in this old town with a maze of narrow winding streets? It’s an excellent spot for accessing a meander around upper part of town .Staff were very responsive in booking process and are present and very helpful with spot on dining recommendations. The interior courtyard was a comfortable and cool spot to rest and enjoy breakfast. Tidy rooms with simple furnishings, best night sleep in days on the road. Highly recommend!
