A fantastic hotel, feels like in the Caribbean, spent one night in a “villa” with private jacuzzi- absolutely wonderful, especially with a sunset view. A good food in the pool bar. The only issues - only one small pool with heated water and spa was for an extra charge (and was booked up)

El personal sin dudarlo personas muy competentes que siempre están con una sonrisa y para ayudarte en cualquier momento! Dispone de unas instalaciones muy completas el apartamento no le falta ni un mínimo detalle, todo súper cuidado y mimado con todas las facilidades que te hacen una estancia perfecta! Gracias a todos por hacer estas vacaciones muy agradables! Volveremos 😊

Came back after 11 months and found it as good, if not better than last year. The welcome, service, facitlies, food, the pools and the attitude of all members of staff from top to bottom, was brilliant, friendly and a credit to the group!

The one-bedroom apartment was very clean and spacious. The resort itself is lovely, offering beautiful pool areas, and all of the staff go out of their way to make you feel valued. Located just across the street from the beach, and with restaurants and shops everywhere around it, the location was perfect. I booked this through my RCI membership and got a phenomenal price for the quality of the resort. The only issue was our unit was located on the street side of the resort, on the fourth floor, which was almost above a bar that had extremely loud music playing til late every night.

Absolutely amazing. The architecture was beautiful and modern with exotic plants and open spaces. Staff were very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Large swimming pool with bridges to lead to an island in the middle of the pool (very deep!). Rooms were clean and well appointed - enormous bed but made it feel a bit cramped. Entertainment was provided by singers performing every night (til 11pm so hard to sleep before then if room above). Nice child’s room with a trampoline, table football and air hockey. Upgraded to the preferred club option which gives access to a lounge with free drinks and snacks from 1.30-7pm which we used instead of lunch! Good breakfast buffet. Only used the evening buffet once, was reasonable but not amazing. Some of the other onsite restaurants didn’t appear to have been open all week. The position was outstanding as many good restaurants were nearby and beaches with water sports only down the road. 10/10 would definitely recommend and visit again!

Beautiful hotel with wonderful facilities and services including private pools with plenty of sunbeds, a gym, spa, art exhibition room, games room with pool tables and football tables and TVs showing live sports matches. There are also organised daytime activities and evening entertainment. I loved the neutral and mint earth tone colourway theme throughout the hotel which is very calming and relaxing. I also respect the hotel's commitment to sustainability by installing water filleting machines to reuse bottles and refillable soap and shampoo dispensers. My room was warm, cozy and clean with a nice balcony view and a variety of tv channel and movie selections including Netflix. The cleaning lady was kind to remake my bed from two twin beds into a large double bed with beautiful flower petal decorations and chocolate truffle treats which were delicious and I appreciated the additional touches. The breakfast was delicious ans very filling, presented in a buffet style with so much variety and choice of different stations within the dining room (cereal and granola; fruit, salad and juice bar; toast and baguette station; pattessarie station; hot English breakfast station with a section dedicated to different preparations of eggs). Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location with stunning sea and mountain hill views and has direct access to Torviscas Beach which is less than a 3-minute walk. There are also many local shops, bars and restaurants including a mcdonalds by the beach. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely revisit in the future!

We went as a family (my partner, toddler and my Mum) was a bit skeptical after booking seeing some of the reviews. Hotel was spotless, pool area was great. People said the food was inedible ?? We went all inclusive and ate 3 meals a day in there no problem. Always a different choice even for the picky eaters. We were in room 545 and heard no noise from Veronica’s. Animacion team around the pool were amazing especially with our toddler (big shout out to Carmel) Evening entertainment was great. Only “issue” was queuing at the bar for drinks/food (they serve hot food at the pool bar all day, burgers, nuggets, hotdogs, toasties etc) Will defo return to this hotel.

Enjoyed 2 weeks at the hotel on an all inclusive basis and had a great time. On arrival we had an issue with the air conditioning and after visiting reception they came to try and fix the problem. It turned out we needed a whole new unit and was sorted out very quickly. The bedroom was cleaned everyday, you were asked to put the towels in the shower if you wanted them changing and to put the note on the bed if you wanted the linen changing, however they were changed everyday without doing any of these. The rooms were very clean and the shower was always hot and the rain shower and normal shower were very powerful. The food in the dining room always had a good variety to choose from, however some food could have been hotter but there was a microwave if you needed to warm anything up. The staff were always friendly and cleared your dirty pots very quickly. The staff on the bar were very friendly, always happy to have a chat with you and they all got to know exactly what drinks you were wanting without you even asking them. The drinks were excellent even though the spirits were local, you could pay for the branded spirits if you wished to. Finally the animation team - Diego, Tamas, Denise and Manu what can I say EXCELLENT!! you made our holiday memorable with plenty of laughs and activities to do, will definitely be returning

Got moved here by jet2 as the hotel la nina we usually stay at was closed for modernisation so wasnt sure about this hotel. But got checked in all inclusive for two weeks quick and easy given bottles to fill up with water also.explained where room was and all other stuff got up to room Block A room 614 which was big two double beds fold down bed settee also kettle coffee sachets and tea sachets used once and never got filled again best bit was the view from balcony sea view looking over towards La Gomera cracking sunsets The bathroom was a good size but wife used shower cap and it was not replaced same with handsoap it got replaced on the last day. The hotel is big so can be busy but also never had a problem getting a sunbed and umbrella we used both pool areas one on level 5 was a bit quieter but no snack bar just drinks bar. Bar downstairs at pool did the usual chips burgers pizzq cold meats for snacking on . The main resturant had plenty of choice different theme nights something for everyone hotel had some quiet bits garden areas on level 4 with seats couches and shaded areas to sit was a nice area. All in we enjoyed our 2 weeks so much we are probably going to book another 2 weeks for September next year as the price is still good for what you get. There are two showbars one downstairs with mini disco then acts on for adults and the hall bar with entertainment and large screen with sports on also if you are all inclusive there are drinks trolley to help yourself same at bars you can pour your own.
