We had a great stay at sunset bay hotel brilliant atmosphere and entertainment the room was a bit noisy as we backed on to some bars and were near the main road but it didn’t spoil or holiday

Absolutely loved it at Sunset Bay, the staff are amazing and all around the bars, the rooms are excellent, it the little extras that help like dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, body lotion and shower gel, the grounds are immaculate

Been there many times. Allways been good but something happened this time Asked for top floor and we got that but in a building that was being renewaited. Not one flad but almost the whole building. Asked too be moved and was moved last two days and that was ok.the reception from that time did help and did as good as he could. We where thinking , that we where not going too come back but because of him we might. The one that that booked us in was not ok she should have told us about the complex and even offer us another in the beginng. Never find us in the system even if we have been coming there for many years and usely 4-5 times a year. So for first rime in years the score is not 10 its 5.

Good evening! The hotel was very spacious, and the room was incredibly cozy and clean – you really feel at home, with everything you could possibly need. There's a large terrace with sun loungers and an umbrella, plus a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with absolutely everything. The bed and sofa are very comfortable, the pillows are great, and the bedding is clean and spotless white.

We stayed here because our usual hotel was fully booked and although it was grand I probably wouldn’t stay again. The accommodation is very spread out with 2 pools and the pool bar, although great value is tiny for the amount of guests. Location wise it is handy for lots of things. The accommodationwas clean but it is a little tired.

We were greeted when we arrived to the lovely staff on reception. Rooms were very spacious and had everything we needed. Location is great and has loads of bars and restaurants on the Complex if you didn’t want to venture out too far. Would definitely staff again :-)

We had a mixed experience during our stay. At first, we were assigned to D block (room D104), which was extremely noisy due to a nearby bar, and there was also a toilet issue with continuous running water. We were unable to sleep at all that night, despite having requested a quiet room well in advance. After communicating with the hotel, they eventually changed our room for free, which we appreciate. The new room was in I block, and the difference was huge — the room was much newer, very spacious, comfortable, and almost completely quiet. The facilities were clearly more updated, and overall the stay improved significantly. The only issue in the new room was that we found one large cockroach, which was unpleasant, but aside from that, everything was fine. I would also like to highlight that the front desk staff were polite and helpful, which is definitely a big plus. Overall, if you are planning to stay here, I would strongly recommend avoiding D block, especially if you care about noise and sleep quality. If noise does not bother you, it may not be an issue — but for light sleepers, this is something to be aware of.

Very clean and spacious room

This is a great place to stay for couples, friends and families alike. Perfect location in Costa Adeje for accessing the beach, restaurants and not too far from Los Cristianos or Playa De Las Americas. Nice complex with rooms of a decent quality. The resort is extremely clean with plenty of entertainment, bars and restaurants on site. Highly recommended.
