Great location if you wish to have a more quiet getaway on an otherwise busy Tenerife. Pool is excellent and a 2 min walk from 2 beaches.

My partner and I are staying here again after visiting several times before. We always choose the breakfast option because it’s simply too good to miss. I’ve also had lunch at the hotel many times, and the Caesar salad is the best in Tenerife — and I’ve tried many! Everyone who works here is so pleasant, and I love that most of the staff are the same familiar faces. Of course, there are a few new ones we haven’t seen before, but that’s life. The main reasons we keep booking this hotel are: 1. The rooms and how well they are cleaned. 2. The fantastic location. 3. The staff and housekeeping — always 10/10. We’ll be booking our next stay tomorrow at the airport! Thank you everyone for amazing stay!!! ❤️

Lovely hotel,stylish and feels like home. Christina runs a well organised operation with kind welcoming staff. Lovely pools and plenty of Sunbeds if you're up before 9! Breakfast is plentiful...probably need more chefs at the hot bar before 9am. All in all a great hols...this is my 5th trip but my friends first one to adeje...she was very impressed.

Warm welcome. All the staff are very friendly, efficient & constantly checking the guests are happy. A Comfortable room with a fridge that does keep drinks cold. Food is excellent. A warm pool & normal temp pool. Entertainment/Activities during the day and evening. Good location to beach, shopping, other restaurants like Le Torre Del Mirador. Ely on reception, Caesar & Ruth & Steven deserve a special mention. Very impressed with how caring all the staff are. Thank you. Good pool towels service. Heaters very efficient where evening meals are served. Half board option available at a reasonable cost for a 4 night slot if booked b&b, worth taking up. Pool bar good for drinks and lunch.

We came to the hotel on recommendation from friends who had stayed here many times before. Only 30 mins from Tenerife South airport the hotel is located close to the beach front but is also surrounded by shops and restaurants. Ideal! Rooms are very clean and well appointed. We had a jacuzzi on our balcony and booked a deluxe ocean view. Free coffee and tea, water replaced every day etc. Housekeeping was always timely and friendly. Pool area is vast and whilst people are out at 7 am placing towels on sunbeds, an irritation of mine, there was sufficient beds even due f half term. Pool is saltwater but highly maintained and warm. No freezing swims! Sunbeds are comfy and lots of towels are available; however get your towels the day before so you can grab your own referred location early! Towels available from 10 am. Breakfast buffet is fabulous. Everything you can want from freshly cooked eggs, fruit, yogurt, jams, jams, cheese, bacon, cereals, fresh bread, croissants, etc. a VAST array of food for every palate . Fresh tea and coffee served directly to your table. We eat in the hotel one evening and it was superb! Definitely return! Thanks to all the excellent staff!

Travelled here as a solo traveller and have to say I felt very safe. I was also treated exactly the same as everyone else; sometimes solo travellers can be made to feel uneasy asking for a table for one or sitting at sun loungers with a spare one next to it. Rooms were great on the whole. Comfortable and great bedding. It felt clean but there were little things that could’ve been improved such as blood stain on the wall and dust on skirting boards. I was upgraded from a suite to a gold level suite because they’d sold out. They told me that I wouldn’t be entitled to use gold facilities which i understand but equally if I were the manager I would give access to the gold level pool. The standouts were location - easy access to beach, walks and restaurants; Matias the lifeguard who went above and beyond every day; and food at breakfast choice was vast and so fresh, excellent

Just returned from 10 nights at the Gran Tacande. This is a lovely hotel with great amenities. We had two rooms for our family of five. The rooms were huge! The hotel itself is so well maintained. Staff at breakfast were brilliant. Service throughout was excellent and nothing was ever a bother.
