Hotel terbaik di Costa Adeje

Se debería de volver a estudiar eso de las estrellas. Hoteles abarrotados de gente a razón de 400 euros/noche nunca puede ser lujo. El sol, la cercanía de playa no es un mérito del hotel. Tampoco lo es la demanda. El hotel no es lujo, 5 estrellas… más bien 4 estrellas superior. Precio excesivo para lo que da (sin contar el sol)

This is my Mum and my second holiday to this lovely hotel . My Mum is disabled and I have mobility issues, we requested through LoveHolidays a room on the ground level. We had a better room than we did the first time with a walk in shower, which was absolutely brilliant for us both. The food is lovely. The staff were helpful and the hotel is immaculately clean. Drink was great and the little snack bar was good for a little pick at through the day. The entertainment staff Ricardo ( who was there the last year we came ) and Marta were amazing. Made so much effort but not overbearing. Marta is an absolute delight . The hotel is local to shops and bars and the beach is about a 10 minute walk away . The only thing I would moan about is the WiFi , its pants ! And the AI finished at 10.30 . You have to pay after that . Should be a little later in my opinion. The pools are lovely. One is quiet the other one is more lively with music and the aqua and games etc . So you can choose where you want to be. Please don’t be put off by bad reviews . Don’t expect a five Star hotel . You get what you pay for and it’s brilliant for a nice reasonable priced break ! We will be back next year!!

My general impressions of the Iberostar Bouganville Playa are, that whilst nice enough, the fact I have stayed in similar sized hotels in the same price bracket and some of these have been much better, then I would not probably not stay here again. Many of the problems I encountered have been highlighted by others, such as the fact you get dropped off at the local bus stop, rather than the hotel, have been discussed by others, so I won’t go into detail. People have complained about the wait for the lifts. Yes, this is a problem, four lifts serving 14 floors and 481 rooms. I think part of the problem is the control, the system seems to sends you a lift going in your direction but stopping at every floor, so it is full when it arrives, rather than sending one that is parked only one floor away and doing nothing. For those thinking of hiring a car and not familiar with the area. Free street parking, both around the hotel and also when out and about seems very thin on the ground. Yes, in the towns, there are spaces, but these always are taken. The hotel, I believe charges 10.00€ per night and the car park is not huge. We stayed in the star prestige area which has the advantage of being allocated a room on the upper floors. We were not troubled by any outside noise, just the odd bits of noise from other guests coming back after a night out ! The star prestige areas were very nice, with extras ranging from the cushions on the sunbeds, through to the air conditioned lounge area where you can get drinks and snacks. There are two star prestige sunbathing areas, one on the roof and the other behind the restaurant area, this one having two levels. Both are equipped with fridges containing complementary soft drinks, fizz and beers. One minor complaint was the age old problem of towel reserving of sunbeds. A daily occurnace of towels on beds first thing but the owners not appearing until after lunch. Getting a good spot is not always possible. Whilst the hotel doesn’t seem to care, a few signs might help. Hotel’s Plus’s Good location for local bars, restaurants and shops Bus stop close by. Wifi generally was very good Lots of hot water Unlike a lot of other hotels, there was space in the bathroom to put your bits and pieces. Hotel Minus’s Biggest minus from my point of view was the food. Breakfast was OK, not the best, not the worst, but OK for the number of people they are obviously catering for. Evening meals were less impressive, the biggest problem was that not only was most of the food itself barely lukewarm, the plates were stone cold. Also, the little signs telling you what the dishes were on occasions were obviously inaccurate, but in many cases, missing. Whilst not a problem for me, if you had an allergy, or could not eat certain foods, you really would be struggling. If you are not all inclusive, you have to pay for all drinks with your meals. They even charge 2.70€ for tap water and no, you cannot fill your bottle from the water fountain

We first visited this hotel last year, and we loved it, so much so that we recommended it to our daughter and son in law and booked the holiday we are now enjoying ourselves. Let’s do the small stuff first. Lovely to find bathrobes in our room, however they, and the bath towels are just too small, unlike the pool towels, which are magnificent. Now to my big beef, and huge disappointment. When we stayed last year, on an all inclusive, adults only basis, we dined in an adults only dining room. We now dine in a cavernous, everyone included space. Granted there is an adults only seating area, but this does not remove one from crying babies, and unsupervised children running round, and the noise in this great big room is unbelievable. Having paid a premium to stay in adults only accommodation, I just wonder who in their right mind thought that this was a good idea. I have spoken to several fellow guests who feel the same. The food is excellent, the experience of eating it less so. Sadly, we won’t be making a third visit.

Myself and my husband stayed in the flamingo in 2021 where we were ( naively) persuaded to purchase a package of 5 weeks holiday plus 1 week free, it was made to sound amazing , you could use these weeks anywhere in the world , anytime, no expiry date, we could just ring them up and they would book it and help source the cheapest flights for us. We took the 1st week at the flamingo within the 1st 12 months as stated in the contract .... and that was it , we have since been unable to book any further weeks as there was apparently nothing available on the website. Our emails have been ignored , phone calls not returned. My husband managed to get in touch with someone this week ( who said they would ring us back , they didn't) so rang again only to be told our contract expired 4 weeks ago ( convenient) even though we've been trying for the last 18 months to book anything we've now been told we've lost €4,500 . We have been totally lied to and completely mis sold this package , I asked 3 or 4 times if there was any expiry date on this as I'm not a very big risk taker so had to be sure before we went ahead and parted with, which for us was a huge amount of money and was told no, definitely not, we were free to use the weeks whenever we wanted. We are at a complete loss as what to do now. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS SCAM !!!

This hotel was a complete disappointment to us. Having been to Tenerife numerous times and stayed in a large amount of 5* hotels there, we were hoping this one would be the cherry on the cake. How wrong we were. For what we paid, it was certainly a case of”fur coat and no knickers”: Cons: upon arrival 9pm-the checkin was ridiculously slow, despite the fact there was only 1 other couple there. Information was lacking and a map given to us was most un helpful. The walk to the room was like a marathon and was something that eventually started to wear on us throughout the week. The walk to get to a pool proved arduous.yes you can get a buggy, but that can take up to 15 mins to arrive. The room was very dated. Furniture basic. The beds kept separating from the wall, which meant you could wake up with your pillows in a gap between the headboard and the mattress. No USB by the bed and only 1 plug socket, which had a lamp plugged into it so you have to pull the side table out to access the plug every day after the maids had been. There is no where to hang swimming costumes on the balcony so we ended up putting them over chairs. The breakfast area is painful. The egg station is painfully slow and the chef certainly doesn’t understand the concept of multi tasking. By the time you get your eggs, your toast is cold as it’s at the other end of the room. We waited over 25 minutes for someone to bring tea/coffee before I had to ask for some. I certainly don’t expect to get up and put towels down in a 5* resort, but unfortunately if you don’t do that -you didn’t get a bed. We also felt that the pools were very cold and not especially clean, but that could be the rocks that they are formed around causing this. Pros: the staff in general were very helpful and generally happy. Although the hotel is in URGENT need of a refurb, the cleaners do an amazing job and the ladies who cleaned our room were the best. I e stayed at places for half the price that were so much better so we were left feeling very disappointed.

Excellent apartments and amenities. The reception team both on arrival and departure were very very friendly and informative. Only slight downside for us was it was a little too far from the beach and amenities which made it very quiet however this would suit a lot of people. There was an excellent Spanish themed restaurant around the corner from the resort literally 2 minutes which served excellent food and had excellent background music.
