Very good apartment, well located, very sunny, large, near the beach... near the center... to put some but... it needs more kitchenware and a coat of paint.

The apartment has a good location, but regular cleaning and scarce and old kitchen utensils, there are no blinds in double room or part of the living room, so a lot of light enters as soon as dawn breaks.
