Hotel Siroco - Adults Only 18

Los apartamentos serenity valen la pena. Muy nuevos y amplios. El desayuno podría mejorar, con algo de variedad saludable, todo era para público inglés. Y por mucho cartel que hubiera, a primera hora hamacas reservadas aunque no estuvieran en ellas en horas. Faltaría algo de supervisión en este sentido.

Upon arrival had to wait for our room to be ready, but that’s fine didn’t mind waiting as it was not 3pm When we got into our room it was ok, I was surprised at how dated it was, and it was not particularly clean, we were only on a 2 night stay so was not going to complain. My bed was very soft and every time I turned over in the night it squeaked The pool was very cold but clean. We stayed on a bed and breakfast rate and breakfast was amazing plenty of choice and quality was good. It snack outdoor menu has lots of choices however it states from 12-6pm don’t be fooled it closes at 3pm and as we didn’t know and ordered a few minutes before 3pm they would not take our order. I’m surprised at the age of 90% of its guests all are of retirement age and it did make the feel of the hotel to be a retirement residential home. Receptionist is s lovely and professional. The walk into teguise centre is about 15-20 minute walk. Our bedroom wardrobe doors would not stay closed We were constantly plagued by pigeons that wanted to sit on the balcony with us. Not my thing!! The hotel does need a revamp it’s though they have patched up areas not actually paid attention to detail and used the correct materials. I know the elderly seem to be returning guests and I suppose for them they like being around there own age. Would I stay here again no… it’s my personal preference and don’t meet what I’m looking for in a hotel. If you are of pensionable age and like it extremely quiet and to be around your own age then this may be a perfect option for you. Tip: no lifts to any rooms

Wonderful relaxing stay , hotel room spacious and clean with own terrace , lovely pool , kind staff , and Lewis kept all the men busy and not bored with lots of day time activities was a wonderful stay , breakfast was amazing , very friendly hotel

This is an Adults Only residence of non-air-conditioned, poorly soundproofed apartments with no parking, built on a very small plot of land. There are many overlooked apartments. The swimming pool, the restaurant & especially the bar which closes at midnight, are very close together and cause noise pollution. The apartments with kitchenette and balcony are clean and of average size. The hot water tank is very small. The soundproofing of the accommodation is poor and the maintenance of the equipment is insufficient: The toilet flush leaks, the sink is clogged. There is a strong smell of cleaning products in the room. The food & service in the restaurant are correct but remain very basic. The picnic basket provided in the event of an excursion or a very early return to the airport is of very poor quality. The half-bread disintegrates instantly in hot tea or coffee. This residence, with a poor quality-price ratio (127€ for half-board and in low season), does not offer sufficient comfort for a long stay. You can find better elsewhere.

Lovely for a short break. Reception friendly. Restaurant and bar staff excellent. Breakfast really good and the Mexican themed dinner was superb. Large living room, well appointed shower room with complimentary shampoo, shower gel and soap. Kitchen area had microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, with cutlery plates etc.. Nice walk into the town. Hipperdino and Spars close by. Lovely holiday.

This hotel is a real gem. The complex is really clean , the rooms are cleaned 3x week had bed and breakfast. Hugue choice of food constantly being refreshed. Lovely clean pool, met lots of regulars who book again and again. We could definitely see why. Really friendly helpful staff , a real credit to the hotel, all we met managers, maintenance man , cleaners , bar staff, not forgetting the very energetic aqua aerobics instructor who was great fun and made us all cry with laughter!!
