A special shout-out to our butler, Tongtong, whose professionalism and thoughtfulness were truly commendable! She added me on WeChat a day in advance to understand our needs and meticulously followed up throughout our entire stay, from check-in to check-out. She proactively shared park攻略 (play guides/tips) and reminded us of various operating hours, which made our trip incredibly stress-free. The weather was too cold these past two days, so we didn't explore much beyond a quick trip to MixC. We'll definitely come back when it's warmer!"
