not bad

Mostly terrible hotel ever! No Wi-Fi signal in the room, room dirty and have a lot of dust, service is awful. Sink pipe did not work in bathroom and we ask receptionist send someone to us to repair it but no one is came!

staff were nice and friendly. rooms had lots of space. the price was fair. the only thing is a little far from LA, if you would visit universal studios, UCLA.

The room could of been cleaner, there was good crumbles on the floor. There were strands of hair in the shower and on the towels. The bathroom door didn’t close correctly and we were unable to lock it.

List my deposit cash and had to switch rooms twice

My stay was great! It was quiet , clean and very peaceful. The view of the pool area was so pretty. I would definitely stay here again for sure . Thank you Vanllee 😁

Clean and comfortable rooms. Location was apt for our needs.

This was a good hotel for a good price. Our room was clean and big which I loved. I like that there is a pool in the middle.I would definitely book here again.  

"Upgraded" our room to have a mini suite since my 2 year old grandson was staying with me. Got to the room after a long day of traveling and a family gathering. He was beyond tired. As we settled in, we realized there was no TV. No, TV? In a suite? We also noticed we there was no fridge or microwave in the room either. Just dirty empty holes where they should go. I called to the front desk to inquire about the TV and even the front desk was floored. She didn't have a maintenance person to bring us one, so we went without. I would NOT suggest staying at a hotel that can't even take the time to make rooms unavailable when it's clearly under maintenance. She said because I booked with a third party she couldn't offer any type of discount or restitution of any kind. I can tell you I won't be back.

Very clean, quiet, and private extended stay property! Great parking and nice staff.

環境還可以，酒店有自己的風格，就是設施有點老，洗手間甚至還有樓上的水漏下來，有個游泳池，水看起來不是很乾凈，服務中規中矩，不是很熱情，早餐還湊合，不豐富，但夠用，對得起這個價格

⛔️⛔️⛔️☢️🪧這家酒店問題太多，就不一一舉例：1）抽風機不工作，氣味太大； 2）空調有聲音無製冷效果；3）設施陳舊雜亂，悶熱而空間浪費；4）前台懶惰敷衍；5）住了3天沒有打掃一次；6）門鎖問題；7）另外3天交了房費提前通知入住不了退房同意扣一天房費，酒店不退；8）有不少homeless people 入住裏面； 11:47分有穿黑衣制服的男性拿一衹筆和登記本狂敲門， 説馬上退房， 我説在收拾東西馬上就check out! 對方遲疑説最多10分鐘！ 這酒店怎麼了？ 旅美近20年， 非常少遇到此類酒店！ 強烈建議攜程和這個酒店取消合作！ 免得讓國人花了冤枉錢！

酒店有古典韻味，房間寬敞顯舊，床稍軟，能再硬點會更好。配備冰箱微波爐，很方便。這個酒店如果能有更好的管理人員來管理，會非常不錯👍現在有點可惜了～早餐不好吃，餐廳臟兮兮，沒有蔬菜水果…但總之還可以，住了一星期打了點折扣。

服務太差，房間設施老舊，早餐太差，不換床單衞生間用品，一生不會在入住了。
