We had a very comfortable stay at Crafers, the bed and pillows were first class. Complimentary mini bar was great, staff very friendly and helpful, a bit of traffic noise but this died down at night - wouldn't hesitate to stay here on our next visit to this area

Was extremely happy with stay at the Crafers Hotel. Room was beautiful and clean, mattress was super comfortable, sheets were amazing and there was an array of delicious drinks, snacks and chocs that were provided. Attention to detail was above and beyond with the quality of everything including Aesop handwash, shampoo and conditioner. Could control the temperature of the room. We didn’t realise the continental breakfast was included and they had fresh croissants, bread, yoghurt, fresh fruit, milk, and a variety of cereals. We ate at the restaurant one night and that was so good too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and return.

Beautifully renovated elegant hotel paying homage to history of the area - quiet, comfortable with separate kitchenette with continental breakfast goodies - washer/dryer for convenience - accessibility bathroom outstanding.
Restaurant - wonderful food and wines.
Owners should be proud of all their staff - nothing is too much trouble
Stand outs are Lisa, Sandie and especially Hayley who goes over and above to make Guests welcome and comfortable
All made my 'homecoming' from Queensland to spend Christmas with family more special - Thank you.

We loved our stay at Crafers Hotel. The cellar was sublime and the restaurant food was excellent. We also really appreciated the little extras like the free water and Tim Tams in the room and breakfast area.
We’ll be back.
