Pretty decent hotel staff was friendly and welcoming

Out of location, very good hotel. You can relax and enjoy full english breakfast!!!

This is a great place to stay if leaving early or arriving later into Gatwick. Located off the road in a rural setting, with a lovely pub with beer garden. Quiet and relaxing.

Basic facilities but well located for airport. Hotline to taxi firm in lobby but early morning taxi was expensive for distance covered

Hotel situato vicino al terminale south dell'aeroporto di Gatwick, struttura molto carina e accogliente, ma difficile da raggiungere a piedi. Staff gentile e disponibile. Camera e aree comuni pulite.

Stayed here as we used Gatwick to fly from used it twice once on the way out and once on the home journey, Great Breakfast cooked great room was really comfortable tv reception could do with a boost? we had room 221 both Staff were really helpful and reception is covered all the time!

Great bed, mattress, pillows, temperature, space, clean etc. But Premier Inn, you have to sort out disrespectful guests. Isn’t there some box we can tick saying “We are quiet, we need to sleep, we won’t match up and down the floor at 12.20am and 2.20am for no particular reason (this person took giant steps slowly, then quickly, then ran, apparently on their heels the entire time). Premier Plus isn’t available for families. We had a really early get up for a flight and needed our sleep. And no, we didn’t get out of bed to complain because we needed our sleep and didn’t think this upstairs person could possibly need to walk anymore at that time in the morning. There was no one around when we left.

Having stayed in many premier inns all over the uk for business. This one has the most friendliness kindest accomadating staff you could wish for A credit to the company They go above and beyond Well done team gatwick A pleasure to be staying in the hotel

Hotel was clean staff very friendly helpful and always had a smile .It was very busy with constant check ins but staff remained pleasant .The food and bar and waiting staff worked especially hard and we were not rushed to order our food although they were extremely busy

We booked this premier inn as it’s close to Gatwick south and we had a morning flight. We stayed here a night before our long haul flight as we live far away from Gatwick. Our initial thoughts we were welcomed by 2 lovely ladies at the welcome/check in desks. They told us the parking was free and there was a restaurant 30 feet from the hotel. The hotel was very warm we stayed here late September and it was warm day but our hotel room was so hot it was unbearable , they have in the room a fan but this did not make any any cooler. The window only opens slightly and did not give us any air. This is a good hotel with a great restaurant so close , so you don’t have to go for if you’re only staying here for the night. I would come back only because it’s so convenient staying the night for the airport but wouldn’t choose to come back if I didn’t have too. Overall staff were welcoming , food from restaurant was great and helpful free parking. Downside is the heating in the room. Hopefully they have rectified this by now.

Beautiful clean nice fresh smelling room . The room was lovely and warm which was welcoming on a cold night . Staff were friendly &informative and breakfast was beautiful & fresh . Would definitely recommend this premier inn. In the end this visit has cost me a fortune as the wife has ordered the same mattress for home .

Lovely stay, a typical Premier Inn room and service. Good value and handy being close to the airport. The only thing to comment on, which I'm finding in all Premier Inns is the poor water pressure in the showers? What's happened? I haven't even got a lot of hair and it takes an age to rinse it...

The room was adequate but the noise from people upstairs was a pain, especialy when you have an early start and just need to sleep. The fact that the lift was out of order yet again, for the out trip, and the return a week later is maybe OK for younger fit people, but a hardship for older less mobile ones makes you wonder on the policy for older guests ???? Breakfast was resonable at the older price but the big increse now makes it a bit of a micky take. Overall it was OK but improvements need sorting to make us want to return.
