This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath newly renovated canal front home. Sleeps 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a meal. Crock pot, blender, coffee pot or K-cup, and Kitchen Aid mixer. The microwave is also an air fryer; Double oven; two refrigerators; and small ice maker. There is a split bedroom arrangement. The master bedroom has a king size bed and sliding glass doors leading to the pool. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has bunk bed with full mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top. Enjoy cooling off in doors with the 70" TV or a game of billiards. Room for 4 vehicles to park in driveway or 2 cars and 1 truck/trailer. No parking in grass or street side. Eight person limit is strictly adhered to because the house is on septic tank (includes children). This large waterfront home is located on a deep canal with direct Gulf access. The dock provides fresh water to rinse your boat (no access to boat lift). The boat lift is owner-occupied, but there is ample space to tie-up your boat. No double mooring, please. The backyard has in-ground screened heated pool (*No Hot Tub). The lanai provides plenty of seating. Propane grill, 2 kayaks, and 2 bikes on site. Crystal River offers some of the best scalloping in Florida. The property is approximately 20 minutes from Kings Bay and 20 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico by boat. You can catch fresh water bass and trap blue crabs off the dock, and the mullet hole is just around the corner. Within a short drive there are numerous restaurants, shopping in historic downtown Crystal River, kayaking, Homosassa Springs Wildlife State park, walking and bike trails, scuba diving, and swimming with the manatees. The house is only a short walk from the Archaeological Museum and surrounded by the Crystal River State Park Buffer. Plan a day trip to any of the nine state parks within 50 miles or work on your back swing at one of the nearby golf courses. Round 2 Scalloping Stayed at this property a few weeks back with family and friends for opening season and 4th of July. Great place and location - so much so, that I rented it again to take a few friends and work colleagues for their first time scalloping. Everyone had a blast. House is clean, very well stocked, and the layout is ideal with a large central open area for folks to gather. Thanks for being part of 2 great Crystal River weeks this year!

Perfect for what we needed This house was perfect for our annualScalloping trip. It was decorated cute and my kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space. We would love to rent this house again in the future.

Great house with great hosts We had an amazing vacation at this house. The house was very nice, well stocked and in a great location. We brought our boat and docked it right behind the house. All the necessary amenities were available. The hosts were very gracious and had great communication. Would definitely recommend!

Great house and hosts After our first VRBO cancelled on us 2 days before our stay we found this house and we’re glad we did. They were nice and accommodating on a very short notice. The house is fully stocked with everything you need from extra garbage bags, paper products, soap, lotion and other extras. We reached out to the hosts and not only did they respond but showed up to make sure everything was ok. Our trip to Crystal River is yearly and will definitely consider rebooking this house again.

Wonderful Place I have stayed in many VRBO’s and I have to say, this was one of the best well stocked homes I’ve rented! Pool was heated and was wonderful! Very clean house and hosts were great!! We all enjoyed our stay. The only thing I was uncomfortable with was the 2 cameras in the pool area. The one on front porch was fine.

Fishing Visit We had a lovely stay. The house suited our needs perfectly. After speaking with a neighbor, I learned we were just a few streets away from a lovely Sate Park and some archeological ruins. I enjoyed a nice, safe jog while my boys fished with a local guide (the purpose of our trip). Overall, it was a nice, quiet visit.

Beautiful Home!! We truly enjoyed staying here!! The home itself is beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s also in an amazing location. We loved going to see the nearby Native American archeological park and trails, and we were a short distance from other local attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great space and location This house has a great layout for hanging out with family, cooking, and enjoying the amenities. The pool was nice although took some time to heat due to the unseasonably cold weather! The kids enjoyed playing with the pool table, using the kayaks, and there were board games provided as well. Communication was great with the owners and there were responsive to any needs or questions we had.
